Great accommodation with a real touch of historical town Viterbo, comfort, great and helpful owners.

I was one of my ever-best accommodation. The location of the room in a medieval house is at the beginning of one entrance gate to the historical center of the town. I was very warmly welcomed by the land-lady and got many information regarding the town and its surroundings. The room was absolutely clean, comfortable and the breakfast was very rich with a very wide choice (sweet, fruit, vegetable, drinks). Coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator and cooker are available. Save and peace place. Barbara, thank you really very much !! I felt like in a home. If I am in Viterbo again, my choice will be in your house !

The simple charm of the historical building enhanced my enjoyment of staying at al Ponte Levatoio.

Breakfast was ample and lovely. Lots of fresh fruit. Location was excellent, within the city walls but with convenient transportation and parking nearby. Hosts were helpful and accommodating.

I was completely satisfied with my stay at the guest house.

Accommodation with a very welcoming and helpful staff

I stayed there two nights. I arrived there in the late evening because my train was late, but the coworker of the owner was so kind that came to give me a lift up to the accommodation. Also the owner was very kind and welcoming. He gave me a detailed map of the city centre and explained me what to visit in Viterbo. He was very helpful. The access was permitted though codes. My room, called "Le Lanterne", had a private toilet and a comfortable sofa. The breakfast was included. It's possible to have it also in the early morning because it's prepared the evening before. There is also a supermarket very close to this accommodation. I could also leave my luggage for free for some hours after the check-out. This accommodation is near the main attraction of the city, Palazzo dei Papi. It takes only 6 minutes to get there. Also the train station of Viterbo Porta Romana is near enough, only one kilometre. The bus terminus instead is a half an hour walk from there.

Un bel soggiorno seppur breve

Proprietaria molto cordiale e ospitale. Ho soggiornato solo per due notti ma sono stata molto bene, il letto era molto comodo e ho goduto della bella visuale dalla finestra sugli affreschi della Porta del Carmine.

Purtroppo il wi-fi della struttura prendeva male, sono riuscita a collegarmi solo con il pc portatile che avevo con per lavoro, mentre con il cellulare mi era impossibile collegarmi.

Magica accoglienza in Tuscia

Antica Dogana è un ottima struttura dove soggiornare se si vuole visitare Viterbo e la Tuscia. Centralissima e dotata di ogni comfort ci ha permesso di godere a pieno della bellezza di questi luoghi. Ma il vero plus è dato da Barbara e suo marito che ti accolgono come uno di famiglia con ogni tipo di attenzione e suggerimento per assaporare le bellezze di queste terre...ho viaggiato tanto e posso dire che mai come con loro mi sono sentita a casa...grazie di cuore per tutto❤️...e a presto☺️

L'accoglienza deliziosa della signora Barbara che ci ha fatto sentire come parte della famiglia e poi la posizione comodissima per il centro storico e per il posteggio (appena fuori dalle mura dove era il b&b).

Struttura molto carina, all’interno delle mura della centro storico mediavele : con una comoda passeggiata di pochi minuti su arriva al Palazzo dei Papi La camera ha tutto il necessario per godere di un piacevole soggiorno (anche la doccia con idromassaggio) La proprietaria della struttura, la signora Barbara è una padrona di casa speciale : dolce, attenta , premurosa , disponibilissima Ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale Davvero

Soggiorno più che perfetto!

Il mio soggiorno è stato fantastico! La camera era bellissima e pulita e ha superato le mie aspettative. La palazzina è storica e la proprietaria, Barbara, è bravissima ad accoglierti, farti sentire a casa e raccontarti la storia del luogo, consigliando anche ottimi posti in cui mangiare o da visitare. Posizione centralissima, si può andare ovunque a piedi. Ero qui per lavoro, ma tornerò sicuramente per svago e per godermi meglio tutto ciò che il luogo ha da offrire. Grazie Barbara! :)

Zeer vriendelijke mensen die heel veel uitleg geven, zeer behulpzaam, fruitschaal op de kamer, een klein cadeautje in de vorm van plaatselijke koekjes, de kamer is heel netjes , comfortabel bed.

Appartamento molto accogliente e in posizione perfetta, su due livelli, nel cuore di Viterbo. Tranquillo, con parcheggio gratuito e a due passi dal centro storico. Proprietari gentilissimi e cortesi. Ogni giorno mi aspettava una cesta piena di frutta fresca.
