We liked the host while staying. She was very nice, very helpful and very attentive. She helped us through everything. But......

I have been staying in more than 100 hotel, my booking status is genius. I am rating the all accomodations after i leave. And it is the first time in my life that the host is writing me that why you didnt clean the room. I was going rate the house really with great points even though the house was dusty, the bathroom especially was dusty, even though we had an alive SCORPION in house, but after we stay the owner wrote us that why we didn't clean the room, and didnt put the table games back in their places. So i changed my mind thay i have to let all the future guests to know about it. Also to know that they have to clean the house when they leave. It was the very last moment the kids opened a buscuit and somehow they split it around. It takes only 5 minutes to vacuum it. And in the hospitality management we never border the guest with this tiny things. Also the table games were a very small items, we tried to hide it from kids (one is 2 years and the other is 5years ols). So we forgot to put them back while leaving. And it also takes 10 minutes to put them in order. Anyway, i am very dissatisfied with this attitude and i dont recommend it yo stay there.

È andato tutto benissimo. L'appartamento è situato in una zona perfetta a due passi dal centro storico ed è tutto nuovissimo e in perfette condizioni. Ottima comunicazione con l'host. Consigliato!

Gran soggiorno a Viterbo

L'appartamento colpisce perché è molto spazioso nei vari ambienti, molto pulito e ordinato e ben arredato. Ottimi il bagno e la doccia, comodo il letto, ben fornita la cucina anche se non abbiamo avuto modo di utilizzarla. È presente l'aria condizionata ma anche questa non c'è stata necessità di utilizzarla. Si trova proprio nel centro storico e si affaccia sulle vie che lo caratterizzano, comodissimo per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse ma molto tranquillo, si dorme e ci si risveglia in pace. La nostra ospite inoltre, Francesca, è stata oltremodo cordiale e preziosissima e più nelle info per raggiungere l'indirizzo, facendoci evitare strade chiuse al traffico per una festa in corso on centro città e ztl , e nel trovare il parcheggio. Consigliatissimo per tutto :)), peccato per noi esserci trovati solo di passaggio :'(

Essendo in centro, per chi é in macchina bisognerebbe entrare quando il varco non é attivo. A noi ha aiutato moltissimo Francesca e non abbiamo avuto affatto problemi. Parcheggio a 20 metri della struttura, comunque con un po' di fortuna si trova nei pressi

Fantástico alojamiento!

Sin duda un lugar totalmente recomendable para alojarte si vas a pasar unos días en Viterbo, que además es una ciudad con muchísimo encanto y preciosa para visitar. Este alojamiento cumple totalmente las expectativas: totalmente reformado, amplio, cómodo, cocina fabulosa, decorado con mucho gusto, no falta ningún detalle. La cama muy cómoda. Silencioso y acogedor. La ubicación es excelente, en el centro histórico de la ciudad. Y por supuesto hay que hacer referencia a la anfitriona. Francesca es encantadora, amable y servicial. Siempre atenta a cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar y en hacerte confortable la estancia. Nos dio facilidad para dejar las maletas tanto a la entrada antes de hacer el check-in como a la salida para cuadrar nuestro horario con el tren. Gracias Francesca por toda tu atención!

La residenza è molto accogliente, comoda e funzionale. Oltre all'estetica molto curata, in cui si fonde perfettamente l'antico e il moderno, l'appartamento ha tutto di quello si può aver bisogno. È in una posizione molto comoda per girare in centro a Viterbo. E di sicuro il valore aggiunto è stato la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria che ci accolti con garbo e con la voglia di farci stare bene, cose per nulla scontate.
