Fantastic apartment in a great location

Amazing apartment made with love! Absolutely everything is there! Great beds! Large and spacious rooms, beautiful design, good wi-fi, a kitchen with everything you need and even more on the second floor, a balcony with a view. I am sure that in spring and autumn this apartment is a pearl! Great hostess, answers all questions quickly and in detail. We checked in late in the evening and it was no problem, no extra charges (only city tax).

First, unfortunately, the apartments do not have a normal air conditioning system. During the hot summer months, this is a challenge for guests. The hostess installed two large and very noisy air conditioners, but firstly they were not enough to cool three rooms, and secondly they were really very loud, it was impossible to sleep. The second is that the parking is far away (we could not find a place in the free parking, so we put the car on a paid one).

When we opened the front door we were amazed by the decor and greenery. The apartment is huge and has everything you can dream of - all the modern facilities in the kitchen and the bathroom, cosy little details and decorations, fabulous beds, a lovely balcony. The view over the roofs of Viterbo is fantastic. The host, Paola, was great, very kind and helpful. Always online, she made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you!

People with limited mobility should aware that the apartment is on the top floor, with no elevator as the bulding is quite old. It was a bonus for us though, after all the delicious restaurants we needed the extra exercise!

Exceptional

The location of this apartment is very convenient, though it is inside the ZTL zone, but Paolo explained to us how to park our car for free (it was very important for us, since we rented a car). The major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is very beautiful and decorated with lots of love and taste. We could use the kitchen, where there was a refrigerator, stove and kitchenware. We could use a washer, an iron and a hairdryer. We quickly received information on all our questions. Thanks Paolo. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a good time in a beautiful city - Viterbo.

市内中心部でロケーションはとても良かった。中世の建物で雰囲気がある。アパートはとても広く、暖房設備もあり、さらにエアコンが設置されているので、部屋の温度も快適だった。お湯もちゃんと出るし、必要なものは全てあった。オーナーさんは質問などにもすぐに答えてくれ、チェックアウトの日に数時間荷物も預かってくれた。全体的にとても良い滞在だった。朝食はついていないが、キッチンにコーヒーやハーブティーなどは置いてあるし、近くにバールやピザ屋、レストラン、スーパーなどもあるので困ることはないと思う。

よくない点ではないが、建物が昔ながらの石造りでエレベーターがない。アパートは最上階なので足が不自由だったり荷物が多い人にはあまり向いていないかもしれない。階段も石造りなので雨の日などは滑らないように注意。

Piacevole soggiorno nel cuore di Viterbo

Alloggio situato nel cuore di Viterbo in un bel palazzo storico, l'appartamento su due piani è molto ampio e con una meravigliosa vista sui tetti del centro storico. Ha inoltre un meraviglioso cortile interno, peccato aver soggiornato solo una notte!

Consiglio solo di fare attenzione alle scale del cortile, essendo antiche non sono molto regolari, infatti ho preso una bella caduta.

Appartamento grande, comodo, in una posizione centralissima. Dotato di ogni confort e ben riscaldato

La posizione in centro, la grandezza dell'appartamento, la praticità del check-in, la completezza dei servizi offerti, la pulizia degli ambienti. Siamo stati due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto confortevole. Anche il nostro labrador si è sentito come a casa. Da ritornarci sicuramente. Complimenti alla padrona di casa.
