Two adults’ holiday for couple of days

The apartment was big, nice and well organised. The street was quiet and there weren’t any noise during the night.

It would have been nice to see the hostess but we didn’t. However, she was very gentle for us when messaging about the details.

Absolutely stunning property, ideal for exploring and relaxing

This property is superb in all ways. Spotlessly clean, very tasteful decoration. It is spacious and the two bedrooms have large, very comfortable beds. It has been renovated and upgraded to the highest standards. The location cannot be beaten, very central yet quiet, especially at night. We have been to Viterbo many times, but this accommodation is by far the best and we will hopefully be back. We did not meet the host, Claudia, in person, but communication was excellent through other means.

Only one thing: we were there in December and it was quite cold at times. The property has a modern central heating system, but there is no way to control it. Presumably controlled by a time switch, it was nice and cozy when it was running, but a little on the chilly side when not.

Very interesting property with great character. Also very good space with 2 large bedrooms plus kitchen and living room. Fully stocked kitchen.

It was a small bathroom and a little cold until we adjusted the heat.

A charming, comfortable apartment in the heart of medieval Viterbo.

Claudia wss an excellent host – very helpful and communicative. The apartment was in a lovely old building – full of character, and it was very nicely renovated and decorated. It was located in easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Viterbo.

The shower was a little tricky to regulate, but that was a very minor consideration. Really, everything else was fine.

Host met us at the train station, an unbelievable treat! The facilities were beautiful and roomy especially for only 2 people. The location was very convenient to anything you'd want to see in viterbo. It was nice and quiet, no street noise.

Excellent way of exploring ancient and medieval Italy

We liked EVERYTHING. The host - Claudia - is the star among Super-hosts. She met us at the door and walked to the apartment. It was very well organized, cute, very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable. The location hardly could be better. Claudia provided us with the private parking space just next to the apartment. She also gave us many useful tips on Viterbo. Since her apartment and the parking space are located in the heart of historic Viterbo, Claudia was very kind to walk with us to the parking outside the walls and then guided us patiently through the maze of narrow streets to the apartment. She also took care of registering our car for avoiding ZTL violations. We spent four wonderful nights in Viterbo and surrounding places. If one wants to see materialization of words: clean, nice, cozy, comfortable, impeccable, attractive - just stay a few days in the Casa Claudia

A fantastic break away - we will definitely be returning.

The location was absolutely beautiful. The property is right in the medieval quarter of Viterbo so is perfect for exploring and popping into the many bars and restaurants dotted about. It's a gorgeous apartment clearly much loved by Claudia. It had everything we needed and we were supplied with all sorts of snacks, breakfast products and drinks. Claudia was so friendly and helped us with some suggestions for a taxi company and met us on arrival and departure. The car parking space was convenient. Viterbo is a hidden gem and we are already planning our next trip!

There is not a single thing that we did not love about Casa Claudia. It is an amazing vacation property, located in the centre of historic Viterbo. Claudia's care and thoughtfulness in every detail was impressive. We requested a gluten free option for breakfast, and Claudia provided several selections, as well as other delightful breakfast foods. I would rate Casa Claudia as a 100%!

A serene and artful location in Viterbo

We spent three wonderful days and nights in the beautiful, spacious and comfortable Casa Claudia. The Casa is located in the San Pellegrino neighborhood, a well preserved Medieval area of Viterbo. It has many lovely and inviting amenities in a naturally elegant setting. The effort by host Claudia to find beauty in the smallest detail elevated our travel lodging decor experience to an art form. There was also a serenity about the place we really appreciated. The apartment was also stocked with tempting food items and things to drink and all the equipment functioned properly. The proprietor Claudia ranks as one of the most responsible and imaginative hosts we have encountered in our global travels. Right away we felt as if we had known her for a long time, so warm and agreeable was she to us. She even gave us ride to and from the Viterbo Porta Romana train station. We will surely visit the Casa Claudia in the future.
