It enjoys an excellent location with complete facilities and a pleasant surrounding environment. The staff are attentive and communicative. Highly recommended for your stay.

Paolo provided a lot of breakfast items in the kitchen to give us a start for our stay. We also had olive oil and honey from his farm. I asked him about trails to run near his farm. He gave me some good suggestions for running 5-8 kms on country roads without much traffic. The area is very scenic. We had fun taking day trips out around Lago Trasimene, Chiusi, and Perugia. Our stay was a good value. We had enjoyable meals which we made in the kitchen with delicious Montepulciano wine. We went to several grocery stores in the vicinity: Coop, Eurospin, and Conad. Great experience!

The Wi-Fi in our unit worked fine for my phone, but it was a bit erratic when using the computer. If I took the computer outside closer to the Wi-Fi box, the signal was great.

Nice quiet relaxing spot. Only minutes to town, the views go on forever. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff were very responsive to our needs. I would return here on my next trip.

Beautiful property and apartment. Just far enough out of Montepulciano to be quiet but still very close. Paolo was an exceptional host, we highly recommend his place!
