We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station (S.Rossore) and the Leaning Tower, making it very convenient for exploring the area and taking day trips by train to Florence, La Spezia, Lucca, and other nearby destinations. The garden was beautiful and peaceful, filled with lovely olive trees that created a relaxing atmosphere. The property was well maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The property was well situated for public transport, attractions and the city centre.
Carlo is the nicest person! Very accommodating, even collected us from the airport! We loved our stay! Excellent value for money.

The apartment was central and only 15 minute walk to the tower which was amazing. The apartment itself was roomy and the balcony was lovely. As a female solo traveller O felt very safe, and Carlo picked me up from the airport for only €15 each way which was cheap and convenient.
The bed was slightly too hard but nothing that didn’t stop me from sleeping, I am just being picky.

The B&B was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and very homely. Carlo has kept the space so clean and nice. The location was perfect - a 15 min walk from the main sights and restaurants but in a quiet, green location.
Carlo was an excellent host. We opted for the breakfast and truly enjoyed it. He also offers massage services and it was honestly the best massage I’ve had in my life.
