Accommodating host, comfortable stay

Good value in a friendly, helpful atmosphere.

Carlos whent out of his way to help us when we had trouble picking up our hire car. So kind. The room was comfortable and the area quiet. We enjoyed being able to make our own breakfast and on a few occasions supper in the kitchen. Walk into to city was very doable. We enjoyed our stay

The location with the garden is superb.

Mattresses and beds very uncomfortable. You need a little investment in beds and mattresses. In the Galileo room, the bed base is bent

Pleasant stay on the outskirts of Pisa

The beds were really comfy and there was AC which seemed to be a rarity among accommodations in Pisa, also we had a private bathroom. Breakfast was decent though we only chose to have it on the morning when we had to catch an early train, if having more time I'd recommend going to the town centre for breakfast. The host Carlo was very accommodating.

Location is not the best but still OK. We were out of the town walls so we had to walk ~ 20mins to the Tower of Pisa and the start of all shops, restaurants and bars, also 15mins from the nearest train station. Not too bad but might be a better location if you are driving.

Great stay for Pisa

The property is great, the room has all it needs, air conditioning, it is clean and overall very good value for money. It is close to the tower, but you have to go through a tunnel, but it’s ok, lots of people were going through it. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Beutiful, calm and comfortable B&B a little outside the city

Wonderful, clean and comfortable room for a family. Nice breakfast and beautiful garden.

The place is a little outside and you need to walk along a big street to get into town. There is a trains tation fairly close by, but quite often we would end up taking expensive taxis as we were travelling with children. The leabing tower of Pisa is pretty close though.

Great value, would stay here again without hesitation!

Carlo our host was really helpful and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation was really nice and parking outside was perfect. We walked into Pisa which was a 15 minute walk away. We went through an underpass to get to the city centre, but it is lit up when it gets dark. Breakfast was lovely, alongside the buffet Carlo made ham and eggs, which were very tasty. We were returning a hire car to the airport drop-off, so the location is perfect for that, as it is fairly close by and there are plenty of petrol stations en route to fill up the vehicle. We would definitely stay here again. It was lovely residence and great value for money!

Great for a short stay, but be ready to walk a bit

Calm and cozy, very nice staff, clean

It’s not suuuper far from the center, however, in order to get there you have to take a tunnel, and it might not feel comfortable for girls alone late in the evening. For the record, noting happened to us when we took it though (3 times)

We enjoyed our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 it was a wonderful first stop to our visit in Tuscany. Carlo and family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Very authentic and cosy B&B with a large garden. Very friendly host. Easy parking in front on public street. Ideal for a one-night stay-over but surely also a nice place to stay for a few days. The airco did a good job though a bit load.

The location of the hostel was close to the tower (15-minute walk), and it was safe and relaxing. The hostel had everything we needed (including coffee, biscuits, sugar, water kettle, towels, blowdryer, shampoo, and soap). Carlo is an amazing host, he was always there whenever we needed him. Carlo also ordered a taxi for us to drop us off at the airport at 4:10 a.m.

Lovely little place with beautiful garden, this old italian villa was so nice, rooms nice and clean, beautiful view of the little balkony. The owner was so kind and very helpfull, even offered to provide a lift from the the airport as we were arriving very late. Also, out of his own will he gave us lift to the Pisa center in the evening ! Excellent place and service. It was about 15min walk pleasant walk to the Pisa tower, and main square. Highly recommending for any kind of stays. Thanks a lot Carlo ;-)

Very good

The host was amazing with amazing communication. Breakfast was plenty and true Italian style. Our room had a small balcony which was lovely. It's about a 10/15 minute walk from the leaning Tower.
