A great option for Pisa

Everything was perfect, a gr at and kind staff and the room was cleaned and taken care of with proper attention to details, we had a great bedroom, private bathroom, a lot of amenities. Also the bus station is exactly in from of the gate of the buildiywhich was great, and if you have a car there is space for parking just around the corner. Also there is a shared kitchen but it is very spacious, clean and a lot of amenities, snacks and many more offered by tha guests. It's a great place, I definitely recommend

Clean and comfortable stay that is ideally located for a walk to the tower.

The room was basically a bedroom in a shared house. Had a private bathroom but it was in the room opposite with a key specifically allocated for the room I was in. The property is located in a residential area of Pisa and parking was available right outside. The walk into Pisa took about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. The shared kitchen was well equipped, with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits, etc. There is a fridge in the kitchen, where each shelf is clearly labelled and allocated to different rooms. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follows.

Pisa itself didn't have much to offer other than the tower and some restaurants/bars. There are much better places to visit in Italy. I did feel like I was wondering around someone else's house whilst using the kitchen.

Everything! No expense spared on amenities, food supplied, warm welcome and felt at home immediately. Spa shower, good use of space and so private we felt like we were the only people in the area

More cakes would be good for breakfast. 3 cyclists who arrived in the evening, for the breakfast ate almost everything that was in the kitchen, Nothing left for the others :)

Cute place close to main attractions in Pisa

The place is very cute and with an Italian soul. The room is kept old-style, but very clean and spacious enough for two people. Even with above 30 degrees outside, it is comfortable thanks to the quiet air conditioning. Location is good - just 20 minutes on foot from the most famous tourist attractions. At the same time, there is free parking nearby. Moreover, there are coffee, milk and some sweets provided for guests for breakfast. Contact with the staff is easy and pleasant.

The only disadvantage was that walls are pretty thin. The room next to us (room 3) had bathroom outside the room and we were waken up few times during night when they wanted to use their bathroom.

Amazing property , amazing staff

Great location , lovely decoration, comfy room, staff very helpful always available via text , would definitely recommend and stay again , lovely touches such as use of kitchen , snacks available , lovely welcome package , air conditioning, hair dryer

If I was being picky maybe a large mirror in room rather than just in bathroom but that is being picky as room was almost perfect

Lovely hosts. Cosy place and good location for driving

Our hosts were very friendly and kind. Parking outside was free and accessible. There is a bus stop almost directly outside the house, which makes getting to and from town very easy. There is a Lidl supermarket 3 mins away by car. There are no cooking facilities per se, just a microwave for heating up meals, a shared fridge and coffee machine(!).

The property is next to a road which is quiet at night but busy during the day. Good for getting here but need to sleep with the windows closed. It's airconditioned. There are no cooking facilities per se, but a microwave - so eating out or microwave meals. Be aware of bus ticket purchases - you cannot pay with cash on most buses, you can use a proximity card or you have to buy on the AT app (download before you get here) and you have to be online to validate the ticket.

Good cleanliness and facilities, but feels like the outskirts of town.

The walls were very thin and it was on quite a busy road. While it isn’t too far from the city Center (it is walkable!), it feels like the outskirts of town. The air conditioning unit didn’t work while we were there.

Cozy and friendly place for Pisa getaway

We’ve booked a room with a private bathroom which was super clean, cozy and comfortable. The common space is something that you don’t see often for this type of accommodation and it is definitely a nice touch! There is coffee and some sweets that you can take for breakfast.

Great , but noisy

Extremely clean and spacious. Great welcome pack and kitchen. The staff were amazing and extremely welcoming and helpful.

It is on a main road and very noisy, the glazed windows do not work and I didn’t sleep much . It needs sound proofing or provide the guests with ear plugs. It’s a little out of the way . But I like the location.

Exceptional

As a group of four, we had an amazing experience in Da Rita Affittacamere in Pisa. We stayed for two separate nights in the last week and all rooms were exceptional, spotlessly clean. The location is perfect and very near the airport or train station. What really stands out about this property was the staff. They were extremely accommodating throughout our stay even letting us stay on a little longer to collect bags and use their facility after check in! We are very grateful thank you 😊
