Nice place

After refusing the first room i was able to get a nice confortable room the place is nice but not like the photos but its ok 👌 big balcony with sea view 🌊.

Had internet problem 2 days in row , had 3 times power failure 😨, ot easy to park your moto bike very narrow lane , at 20 meter from there yuo have family who have Pork ,so be ready for the smell.

Exceptional

Amed Sari couldn't be in a better location in proximity to the beach. It's a such a dream to wake up to the ocean and an included breakfast made by the gorgeous staff - Iluh & Wayan made my day everyday! Nyoman, the host, is incredibly generous with his time and assistance with whatever activity takes your fancy for the day. I can't wait to return to Amed Sari.

Disappointing

The twin bedroom smelt quite bad, the shower door did not close properly, the taps were broken, the air conditioning did not work. The staff were never there so they couldn't help us when we needed them to fix things.

The guesthouse is very conviniently located at the seashore with direct access to Amed beach. Very friendly owner and staff, lovely rooms.

Pretty much everything was good. The facility is not directly accessable by car, and they don't cook dinner. Neither of those was a problem.

No toilet paper or hose, the place is really hard to find and you have to walk over/around loads of boats to get in, no staff there when I arrived and it took a while for anyone to come

Almost Perfect except for a few things.

the location is on-the-beach. I took the 3rd room I was showed (on the top floor). The view of the volcano are spectacular. The view of the beach not so good. A good place to bring out ones inner bohemia.

So close to being a perfect. BUT for the poor maintenance and the people who run it are far from warm and fuzzy (One gets so used to warm greetings in Bali). The reception is the Kitchen, the bar and the dinning room all rolled under a bamboo/metal lean-to.

Bagusssssss

This is the second time I stayed here... I think I prefer the beds in the dorm than the private room xD If you stay in private room, you can have some passive ventilation by opening both front and balcony door. In the dorm, you must use aircon... there aren't any windows in there, and door faces a wall. All in all, it's a good basic stay. There is water available, and a shared kitchen (in addition to the private ones that some rooms have). I only spend time in the room sleeping, so I might not be so picky. It's also much nicer to sit downstairs at the beachfront. Also really convenient to have a shower out there to rinse off... maybe it's one of the few, I see some neighbours use it sometimes ;D Breakfast includes coffee/tea, eggs/pancakes, fruit and toast. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

I didn't pay much so I could hardly complain. It's clean and basic. Parking is only accessible via scooters, otherwise you have to walk in from the main road... go past the cows and chickens =)

Value is unbeatable!

Great location, beachfront and hidden from the road. Lots of parking available, but only scooters can get to it. Breakfast is good and reasonable (typical order from menu, pancake/omelette/fresh fruit/etc kind of thing). Staff is really warm and easygoing. Kitchen available!! (some rooms have private as well). Balcony is quite spacious too. Lots of long-termers here, so it must be *the* place to stay ;D

Bring some earplugs if you're sensitive, the wind at night is strong so it can get quite noisy! Also if you relate to "Princess and the Pea", you may want to take pause. It's not horrible, rather not luxurious.

La proximité de la plage La climatisation fonctionne bien

Les cafards, des crabes, des toiles d’araignées Premier jour eau froide dans la douche enfin ce qui ressemble à une douche, aucun nettoyage de la chambre chaque jour, pas vidé la poubelle chaque jour mais seulement lors du changement de client. Il faut savoir que nous ne pouvons pas mettre le papier toilette sale dans les wc donc je vous laisse imaginer l’odeur avec la chaleur extérieure Accès très très difficile avec valise et vous traversez un élevage de cochons avec ses odeurs Je ne comprends comment booking puisse continuer à travailler avec ce genre d’établissement
