Perfect relaxing stay

Location was ideal, 5 minute walk to the nearest and probably the best beach in the area. Apartment was very clean, surprisingly big, a d had a superb view of the bay from the balcolny. The bed was really conformable and we had good air conditioning. During the week we were there we were the only ones who used the pool which was well maintained and a good size. People in the area are friendly but don't hassle tourists which I liked. A few good convenience shops nearby and plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance along the coast. The area is clearly very lively during the summer. We were late in the season but there was still plenty going on. Lots of mosquitos at night but can't blame anyone for that. Overall we had a nice relaxing week and would go back again for sure.

Not a criticism but just a note that we had trouble finding the apartment. Google maps sent us to a different street. The manager kindly came and found us which was very helpful. I would recommend calling just before you arrive.

Perfect location and stunning views.

Perfect location. Nice quiet area but only a short walk to the old town. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy reach. Steps down to the delightful seafront promenade right outside the property. The apartment had the most amazing balcony - absolutely massive and with stunning views of the bay. We could happily have sat here all week. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly and arranged transfers to the airport for us which worked really well. The pool at the apartment was lovely and kept extremely clean. We had a fantastic holiday here and would highly recommend it.

Only small negative was that the soft furnishings in the apartment were a bit worn. Didn't really bother us as everything else was so good.

Everything is very clean and looks good. Pool was nice and clean. Location is great and if you figure out how to use parking app then parking is doable as well. View is amazing as well.

Stovetop tended to overheat and kettle would be nice addition. Gym could be made usable with few additional things.

Wonderful apartment, very clean with large space, super terrace all in shade overlooking the sea. Staff was very friendly and flexible. Everything within walking distance, flight of stairs leading to the seaside. Swimming pool area also extremely clean, towels available. Nice quiet place, excellent for families especially.

Parking is a bit of an issue, but not specifically in case of this apartment, rather Herceg Novi as a whole. It was not unexpected, exactly as advertised though!

Na samom ulasku u dvoriste imate osecaj kao da ste u nekoj drugoj zemlji. Apartman je bio i vise nego cist, sve pohvale za kucepaziteljku i njenu kcerku koje su bile tu za sve sto nam je trebalo. Pogled sa terase predivan, mirno je preko celog dana, teretana (iako ima samo dve sprave) dovoljna je za vreme boravka (sami ste i vezbanje prilagodjavate svom vremena). Sve izgleda bas kao na fotografijama. Jedine probleme smo imali sa slabim internetom , ko zeli da se kupa u bazenu treba da zna da osobe sa dugom kosom moraju da obezbede kape za plivanje.Jos jednom, sve pohvale za cistocu

Exceptional

Location was perfect near the beach and promenade. View from the apartment was amazing. Even the pool was open at the end of October, which was a nice surprise especially for the kids. Weather was still very nice for swimming, sunny 27-28C. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Tenzera.

Good location

The view from the top balcony was stunning. Lovely area, great restaurants, the younger people serving were all really helpful. Very clean beaches. Sceanery amazing. Old town great too.

The owner wasn't very welcoming. He only spoke to us when we introduced ourselves despite living on site. Utensils & crockery in the property limited. Shower didn't attach to height adjustment. Some of the bulbs weren't working Just small things all of which could be dealt with. The cleaner would have known about the shower attachment when she did the last change over.

Family holiday

Views from the upper floors are amazing. Pool was great for the kids. Staff were wonderful in organising transfers and allowing us to stay in our room until late afternoon due to a late flight. Thank you Zoran

Utmärkt läge/utsikt, rent och med mycket service inriktad värdinna.

Närheten till gamla stan och den långa fina strandpromenaden. Fin och modern lägenhet med underbar utsikt mot havet. Efter stranden var det skönt med ett svalkande dopp i poolen och det fanns bageri, matbutik och café på kort avstånd. Vår värdinna Yelena var en energisk och hjälpsam kvinna.
