Lokacija objekta, blizina šetališta i prelep pogled sa terase na zaliv su glavne prednosti ovog objekta. Apartman je prilično komforan.
Utisak je da domaćini nisu bili spremni za prijem gostiju. Iako je apartman bio čist, smatramo da treba da bude opremljen makar minimalnim potrepštinama za boravak ( so, kesica čaja, kašičica kafe, baterije u daljinskom za klima uređaj koje rade itd) Kuhinja je oskudno opremljena. Protok interneta je bio prilično slab, a kablovska je konstantno prekidala.
