We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is located on a promenade, however in a quiet part of the town. It is a bit elevated and separated by a sun deck, which makes you invisible for the pedestrians when you sunbathing or enjoying the sunsets.
You have your own garden dining table with chairs and small but very well equipped kitchen. We stayed for 10 days and loved our breakfasts in the garden. The view is 10/10, you can see Croatia out of your window.
Doris is a wonderful host! She helped us to organize transfers from/to Dubrovnik, allowed us to check in late (we had a late evening flight) and was very responsive and kind throughout the whole stay.
In less than 10 minutes of walking you can reach the old town with plenty of restaurants, coffeeshops etc, or you can go to Melinje and enjoy bars and coffeeshop there with a great brunch.

Dobar, prostran apartman. Prelep pogled na more. Lepa terasa i sredjeno dvoriste. Sve cisto, uredno, udobno i funkcionalno. Kuhinja veoma dobro opremljena. Sacekalo me je cak i sveze cvece u sobi. Domacica Doris izuzetno ljubazna i prijatna, uvek na usluzi za sva pitanja. Preporuka od srca!

The location of this property was top tier. As you're located on the promenade, the views were fantastic and it's only a short walk into Herceg Novi old town.
Doris was the most wonderful host. She was extremely attentive and couldn't do enough for us.
It was good value for money and I would recommend to anyone passing through Herceg Novi looking for somewhere to lay up at night and go exploring during the day
We loved everything. It was a basic set up but was clean and comfortable.
