Good location in TST Kowloon. Comfortable and clean. Nice helpful staff. No complaints
They are doing renovations and I discovered some floors are renovated and some are in the old condition. This time I was put on one of the old floors and last week was ok. But I returned this week and the room had problems. The shower barely worked and the knob on the thermostat wouldn’t turn. The second night I was moved to another room which happened to be renovated. Like night and day. The new rooms are very nice. So I suggest people ask for a renovated room. FYI floor 9 is not renovated. Floor 18 is renovated. I don’t know about the other floors
