Hotels location is very good, close to Nathan Road - shopping . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is okay. Concierge located on the ground floor and Reception is on Level 2. Only one lift available, so can be quite slow. Overall it was a good stay for 2 nights.

I highly recommend Kimberley Hotel, especially for first-time travelers to Hong Kong! We stayed here for seven days, and I can honestly say that it was worth the money. 📍 Location – 5/5 The location is excellent! The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from the MTR station and nearby bus stops. Kimberley Road is also a great landmark because it is easy to find and can be easily navigated using Google Maps, which is especially helpful if you get lost while exploring the city. You can also take the A21 airport bus and get off near the hotel, making it convenient to travel to and from the airport. Several tourist attractions, including the Avenue of Stars, are also within walking distance. There are plenty of local restaurants and popular food spots around Tsim Sha Tsui, so you will never run out of places to eat! 🛏️ Room and Service – 4/5 The room was spacious enough for our needs. We were able to fit two medium-sized suitcases on the floor while still having enough space to move around and pack our belongings comfortably. I also appreciated their housekeeping service, as the room was cleaned daily and our towels were changed regularly. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the bathroom does not have a bidet. I recommend bringing your own wipes. We bought Lysol Antibacterial On-the-Go Wipes, which worked well for us. Just make sure to choose a product that suits your personal needs. ⚠️ Important Tip: Bring Antihistamines if You Have Allergies This is something I wish we had known before our stay. I recommend bringing your usual antihistamine medication if you have allergies, although it is best to consult a healthcare professional about what is appropriate for you. Unfortunately, I experienced a severe allergic reaction during our trip and was sick for an entire day on our third day. We later suspected that dust coming from the room’s air vents might have contributed to my symptoms. To address the issue, we bought a cleaning mist from the Matsukiyo store beside the hotel and wore face masks. After taking these precautions, my symptoms eventually subsided. However, I hope the hotel management will pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the air vents, as the dust was noticeable whenever we entered the room. Regular inspection and proper cleaning of the ventilation system would make the guest experience even better. ⭐ Overall Experience – 4.5/5 Overall, I enjoyed our stay at Kimberley Hotel! Its convenient location, spacious rooms, daily housekeeping, and proximity to local restaurants make it a great option, especially for first-time visitors to Hong Kong. Despite the issue with the dusty air vents, I would still consider staying here again if we return to Hong Kong. The location alone makes exploring the city so much easier, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby to try. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui!

The location is close to everything and the size of the room is good but the facility is fairly old and it is under renovation.
