Exceptional accommodation coupled with excellent food and service

The apartments are immaculate and beautifully presented. Food and service was perfect. The family are lovely. Skiing was easy to the lift at Zug, bus to Lech stops at the bottom of the drive. All easy easy. I will return very soon.

Very nice hotel in Zug

The breakfast was very nice, with good weather you could eat outside which was really enjoyable with the nice view. They offer exceptionally good capuccino's. The breakfast did not have a huge amount of options, but all the foods they offered were very good and tasty. The location of the hotel is very practical since there is a bus stop at 50m of the hotel. With the Lech card you could reach basically any location in and around Lech. The staff (Nils, his mother and younger brother) were very warm and welcoming.

Most of the restaurants and huttes in the neighborhood are expensive. Our room had no refrigerator and the bath/shower was rather unpractical.

Sehr schöne und luxuriöse Ausstattung weitestgehend aus Holz. Nur wenige Apartments, daher sehr persönlich. Die Eigentümerin ist ihren Gästen sehr zugewandt und kocht auch selbst. Wunderbares Ambiente.

Fantastické místo, a úžasní lidé

Od příchodu jsme dostávali od majitelů a všech zaměstnanců pocit, jako bychom byli součástí tohoto krásného místa. Prostory do detailu nádherné, fantastický servis. Náš pes byl také rozmazlován. Do Rakouska jezdíme mnoho let a několikrát za zimu, vždy jsme spokojeni, ale pobyt zde zatím to nejlepší, co jsme zažili. Krásná dovolená od první minuty pobytu. Skvělá kuchyně , domácí pečivo a marmelády vévodily skvělým snídaním, večeře také skvělé. Zájem hostitelů o nás byl velmi příjemný, vřelý. Děkujeme za umožnění fantastického odpočinku. Jistě jsme zde nebyli naposledy.

Personlig service och utmärkt boende! Frukost och middag håller mycket hög klass. Välsorterat utbud med utmärkta lokala viner. Mysig by med direkt anslutning till skidlift och fina promenadstråk. Rekommenderas starkt till alla som söker mer än bara ett boende - det här är en destination i sig!

Wunderbar! Ich komme wieder!

Die Lage war wundervoll, sehr stimmungsvoller Blick auf die umliegenden Berge, der Wanderbus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück: kurz vor Ende der Saison war ich während meines Aufenthaltes der einzige Gast, damit kein großes Buffet aber alle meine Wünsche wurden zuvorkommend erfüllt: viel frisches Obst, herrlicher Kaffee, frisches Gebäck, Käse, Wurst. Das Appartement: groß, hell, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet: Küche, Wohnbereich, Bad, Toilette, Schlafzimmer. Besonderes Highlight: die eigene Sauna im Badezimmer. Ich wurde außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Am Abreisetag wurde mir freigestellt, erst am Nachmittag auszuchecken (mein Appartement stand nach mir leer, darum ging das), da ich sonst ins zeitliche Gedränge gekommen wäre.

Perfekte Erholung auf höchstem Niveau am Arlberg.

Wir waren schön öfter im Skiurlaub am Arlberg gewesen, aber unser Aufenthalt im Balma war bisher mit Abstand der Schönste. In den sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten, luxuriösen Apartments (wir durften gleich zwei Apartments ausprobieren) konnten wir herrlich entspannen und jeden Morgen wurden wir mit einem fantastischen Frühstück verwöhnt. Die Lage vom Balma in Zug ist perfekt sowohl für Skifahrer als auch für Schneewanderer. Auch unsere beiden kleinen Hunde haben sich im Balma rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir hoffen sehr, dass dies nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Balma war und kommen gerne wieder.
