The staff were amazing, so helpful before arrival with all questions and fabulous throughout our stay. wonderful breakfast and spacious rooms. The wellness area was better than most luxury hotels!

Our room was lovely but - only a few times - a little cold. However we had an extra heater and to be honest it was so much better for sleeping!

The staff Mark and Sabrina were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made great effort to make us feel at home! Sabrina even arranged a last minute reservation for us for New Year’s eve which was much appreciated:) Lovely staff, lovely hotel

Gem for a great skiing trip

Small but really nice Hotel only about 3 minutes walk from the Gondola. The suite we've had was really spacious. The breakfast room is also very nice and there is a great selection including fresh fruits The host Mark and his wife who were working while we stayed there are super friendly and helpful in every situation. They made the stay an extraordinary experience. Also to mention the easy access to the ski storage room with boot heaters and the very clean and nice spa facility.

We were in the top floor under the roof, so the room was quite cold. Since there was a low occupation when we stayed there. I wasn't too sure if all the food was fresh. I would have preferred prepackaged yoghurts and not a big open bowls as there was no way that it was fresh every day.

It's a really small hotel (10 or so rooms) but the staff (2 receptionists) were outstandingly friendly and kept all offerings running as this was a large hotel.

The room was very large and few furniture, which is why it felt a bit „empty“. No bathtub. Breakfast could have been better. Balconies are not separated from each other through walls or anything alike. Bed was not too comfy.

The big family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The wellness facilities (sauna, infrared room, waterbed, ice, hamam etc) with towels for each room and wardrobe. The kindness and attention of the receptionist.

Great location, staff, amenities, large room, parking in garage .. Spa is open 3-9pm in summer which is awesome. Kudos to Adam from the desk who was super helpful and accommodating.

Viel zu teuer, Pension statt 4 Sterne Hotel

Die Lage ist gut. Direkt am Lift, Skiverleih im Haus, im Zentrum ist man in 5 Minuten

Ich habe nicht die Suite bekommen, die ich gebucht habe. Mir wurde eine andere für zwei Nächte angeboten. Da wir nicht umziehen wollten, sind wir in der kleineren Suite geblieben. Wir haben einen Gutschein bekommen. Von dem haben wir nur wenig. Haben Kurtaxe und Spesen aus dem Hotel damit bezahlt. Ein Restaurant gibt es nur in St. Anton und für Massagen konnten wir ihn nicht einsetzen. Das heißt der Rest wird vermutlich verfallen. Der Balkon unserer Junior Suite war auch von einem anderen Zimmer zugänglich ( ohne Trennwand). Also mussten meistens die Vorhänge zugezogen werden. Es ist sauber, die Tiefgarage kostenlos, das Frühstück eher bescheiden, die Mitarbeiter sind nett, aber etwas ahnungslos. Für ein Hotel,das solche Preise aufruft, fehlt ein besserer Service und ein anderer Umgang mit Fehlern. Es ist eher eine Pension und dafür ist der Preis deutlich zu hoch. Am Positivsten ist uns, wieder einmal, der Intersport darunter aufgefallen. Super nettes und kompetentes Team!

Mitten im Ort Lech. Alles renoviert und das Personal wahnsinnig freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Preis Leistung in der Nebensaison sehr gut.

Esperienza da ripetere

La stanza deluxe molto bella, spaziosa, luminosa, con pavimento in legno, con ampia finestra e vetrata, comodo balcone con possibilità di prendere il sole, bagno grande. Ottime scelte per la colazione. Garage coperto. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Avremmo preferito la zona wellness meno luminosa per poter creare ambiente rilassante, a dire il vero non abbiamo chiesto di diminuire le luci, sicuramente ci avrebbero accontentati.
