Warm food was on the cool side; but appreciate with few guests staying it is difficult to keep a buffet fresh. Perhaps hot food made to order would have been possible?

A beautiful hotel to enjoy this beautiful area of Austria

This room was delightful - very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff super nice. We were there during the offseason, and enjoyed dinner one night in their restaurant - also very good. I loved the traditional Austrian/Alpine touches, and hope to come back. Location was just perfect.

Exceptional service, perfect location!

Incredible service! the staff were so friendly and accommodation. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but the front desk lady working late at night was the nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating hotel service person I’ve ever had. Location of hotel is perfect. Room was very clean and spacious.

Mountain charm at a fantastic location in the center of the village

The location, the charming looks, the super friendly manager and most of the other personnel (one younger lady at the reception wasn’t very warm and welcoming), the small but very convenient spa with amazing massage chairs, the cozy room and spacious bathroom!

Initially I booked and paid for 1 person, it was possible to add a second person, but I was not informed upfront about the extra costs which costs were quite high in my opinion and only presented at checkout.

the staff were so friendly and welcoming the location is perfect the family room was comfy and spacious

no AC in the room although stated here in booking that they had! also the staff lied about it when we asked the reception had AC but NOT the rooms

Extreme good value for money, perfect location, very comfy beds and amenities

Breakfast served at the table due to Covid (no buffet). Good choices and all fresh and good quality. Dinner was also really good.
