Perfect place to stay whilst visiting family. Good location, nice decor, fresh and clean lovely open aspect to lounge bar area and dining. Very reasonably priced.

Great location, easy to find and convenient parking. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Modern, clean, beds very comfy, rooms decent size, bathrooms were lovely and roomie, food was good.
Unable to control air con, was stuck on heat, staff said they couldn’t change it which was rubbish. Staff didn’t listen when we complained about the air con as she said she would send someone to our room after we were out which I advised was 12, but she clearly didn’t tell maintenance this as I had someone walk in on me as I was changing !! Not professional at all.

had room 43.mattress very very hard and could feel springs.used the spare quite and mattress topper to try to make comfortable.unable to turn off unit lamp.should of called reception but too tired sorry.
