Staff were very friendly, especially Dianna at breakfast. The food was lovely and a good variety of options for an included breakfast. Whole hotel and room were very clean. The room had everything you needed for the nights stay, and the hotel were able to accommodate our request for an extra bed for our son which was a huge help. under a 30min drive to Legoland.
It was disappointing that the parking wasn't included with the hotel stay as it was then an additional cost that we weren't expecting, but it was still good value for money for a family of 4 for a night.

Nice place. Thought I'd treat myself to a nice steak. BIG mistake, far from cheap but the worst steak I have ever had. Just a slab of tough gristle. I kind of doubt it was a Ribeye steak. Should have sent it back but I'm too British.

Location, staff and food and drink options
Reported safe malfunction Saturday morning but was told maintenance could not fix until the Monday we were due to leave. Not a major but minor inconvenience

had room 43.mattress very very hard and could feel springs.used the spare quite and mattress topper to try to make comfortable.unable to turn off unit lamp.should of called reception but too tired sorry.
