A Warm Welcome in High Wycombe

I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inn’s and this was the best. The atmosphere on arrival is very welcoming and the reception manager Beata was personable and friendly. The layout and lighting in the reception and dining area gave a relaxed feeling, with work areas for business travellers. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. Overall a 10/10 stay!

It was a short but comfortable stay, food was good and facilities were as expected for Holiday Inn.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, location is good if you need to be near High Wycombe or the surrounding areas. Food and drink prices are generally in-line with similar establishments.

We arrived at 7 and the person on reception seemed to be slow checking each guest in . He also tried to charge for parking. I have stayed before and never had a parking charge…he agreed to waive it .

A good stay in a comfortable room with an excellent breakfast.

Well positioned with good facilities and comfortable room and lounge area. The breakfast was excellent and the two ladies running it were fantastic ensuring we had everything we needed ( great value)

The only thing that was not spot on was the hot water took ages to come through. We were in a room far from reception and we arrived late so I think that contributed to the delay. However when the water came through it was great.

Sunday overnight stay after a day in London

Staff were friendly and professional. Desk is staffed 24/7 Beds and furmiture were clean and comfortable. We stayed on a Sunday evening which was quiet and a good price. Ground floor room with opening window. The breakfast room is very pleasant and the food and coffee were excellent This is the 5th time we have stayed here and have always found it very good.

Very small gripe was that the toilet was stiff to flush

Comfy room and bed with varied breakfast choices. We did not use the restaurant or bar so cannot comment on the additional facilities

My only very minor recommendation would be that the coffee machines at breakfast could be changed to fill up the cups provided and not only to half full

Convenient location but terrible hotel.

Just the location

We were first given room 11 where the bathroom smelled like a urinal so we were then given room 14. The beds are extremely small and there isn’t even a fridge in the room. This hotel is more of a 2 star quality rather than the 4 star it has been given. I’m not sure who does the ratings of the stars but this certainly isn’t it.
