Firstly and most importantly the staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The lady on reception was especially helpful with our enquiries and very supportive and friendly.
The room was clean and well presented, with nice style accents (chairs and lamps) the bathroom was very clean and fresh with lovely toiletries.
Breakfast was fantastic, a great choice of food to suit all dietary requirements.
Location is excellent and plenty of parking.
I booked the stay for myself, my daughter and two young grandchildren who’s ages I gave upon booking, we were put in a first floor room, there was no lift, so each time we went in and out we had to struggle with the baby and pushchair and belongings up and down the stairs.
The travel cots were in very bad condition. The first one they brought us was broken and didn’t even go up, and the second one they brought to replace it was also broken (torn sides so unsafe for baby) and dirty.
Please get some new cots!

had room 43.mattress very very hard and could feel springs.used the spare quite and mattress topper to try to make comfortable.unable to turn off unit lamp.should of called reception but too tired sorry.
