Local is perfect as very central. All mod cons you need for your stay. Nice warm flat.
General cleanliness was good. Bedding duvet, quilt, was dirty and stained so that really should be renewed as just not acceptable. Shower needs resealed as dirty.

The apartment is very well located, has natural light, is a nice place to stay for a few days.
However, it lacks basic things and some defects such as:
Hanger at the entrance for coats and jackets
Paellas and saucepans are super old, they should all be changed.
The kitchen knives do not cut and there are no scissors
There are no savings to avoid burning the table, which was already burned.
It would be ideal if, for 4 people, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper and a roll of kitchen paper as a welcome. On the other hand, coffee, tea and sugar are appreciated.
And perhaps most importantly, in an apartment for 4 people there is only one bench so that 2 people can eat at the table.
And a detail that surprised us as soon as we arrived and that generated some concern was that a door in one room had a broken handle; if they hadn't given them time to fix it, they should have warned us.
All this in a constructive spirit, because I insist, we've been not too bad.

Broken door in bedroom and low ceilings should be painted another colour to avoid head hitting!

Good walking distance from train station, clean, nice bathroom and living area.
We weren’t prepared for the long uphill walk to get to the property (with luggage) but not a problem.
