Love this place highly recommended was clean just not clean enough for me

Excellent location 👏 could walk to everything. Plenty of space everything you need for cooking and a washing machine helped for the 5 night 👏👏 highly recommend to anyone . They even had milk for tea drinkers little thoughts like that always help 👏👏

Did say there would be cleaning supplies but wasnt had to go and buy them also had to hover the next day as the floors were full over Fluff and a few bugs that were dead. Don't let that put you off still was cleaner than most places i have stayed highly recommended 👌 would of had 10 out of 10 if they had cleaning supplies 😀

The amount of correspondence beforehand , between signing online contracts and getting rules and regulations about our stay in the property you would jave thought it was Buckingham Palace we were entering. Buckingham Palace it was not..... 6pm checkin time is very late Dingy on street entrance door , run down apartment with the cheapest of facilities and furnishings - we are actually very disappointed that Booking.com are offering this property, the whole apartment needs painted, deep cleaned and refurbished The amount we paid was excessive for a stay from 6PM on Friday till 10am on sunday

Great location and very spacious flat.

Great location, we stayed over Christmas and it is a nice spacious flat, had room for a Christmas Tree and the host was very responsive and actioned our requests during our stay.

The double bed was very uncomfortable and only accessed one side. There was no mirror in the ensuite and the one in the main bathroom was tiny. There was limited kitchen utensils (needs replenishing) and there was no washing up liquid (empty bottle) or bin bags.

Location was convenient. Instructions on accessing the property were easy to follow.

Perfect for a family of four

This is a very nice flat that was reasonably priced for four people during the August tourist season. It was clean, comfortable and we found it easy to relax there. The kitchen was well equipped (microwave, oven, fridge) and there was a TV ready for use in the living room. The beds were comfortable, too. The area is quiet - I've seen some reviews saying that the front room might have been noisy due to the street cars, but we did not experience this issue.

There was nothing we disliked.

The location was excellent and there was parking very close by which was charged 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 1-6 pm on sundays. Free overnight.

The drying rack was broken and there was a shortage of glasses,,cutlery and crockery. Not much to cook with either. Could have done with a couple of hooks to hang towels. Otherwise it was lovely

Very good apartment

Nice, large apartment, two bedrooms, one in suite with double bed, second bedroom with two singles. Big sofa and TV, kitchen had everything what you need for make quick meals. Had problem with boiler but very quickly sort out by staff. Thank you.

Just main bathroom had problem wit shower water.

Flat was in ideal place to get around easily and had everything we needed for a short stay, very clean and appropriate for what we needed.

Apart from the mattress on the bed being a little thin, we couldn't fault anything about our stay.

Central to the city centre. Good communication from owner, Easy entry to apartment, Everything we needed was in there. Large rooms. A kitchen with all facilities, shower room with toilet and also ensuite in the double bedroom. Extras such as coffee, milk, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo etc. Hairdryer and iron were in rooms. Comfy sofa in lounge. WiFi. Cheap car parking nearby.

Nice apartment, great location but customer service could be a lot better.

location was excellent and the apartment was lovely.

Heating wasn’t working and it took 2 days to get an engineer out to the property. It was the end of November and cold outside and we had no hot water the first night/next morning and no heating until the 3rd day, 3 wee heaters were left in the apartment the 2nd day but 2 of them didn’t work. No apology was given by the property owner and he wasn’t particularly helpful. It did affect our stay as we had to keep our coats on anytime we arrived back to the apartment.

The master bedroom... urgently needs a blackout curtain because the light is intense... you can't rest... 5:00 in the morning like it's 8 in the morning... impossible to sleep well. Secondary bedroom...The bed is too deep..Not suitable for people with back problems. Needs mattress replacement. apart from these two problems, a wonderful apt... I want to go back

Flat A the double bed could do with replacing, the mattress and frame are not suitable for the room. Similarly, the curtains in both bedrooms are insufficient to keep light out. The curtain tie backs in the lounge area are loose.

Good value for money

Really well appointed, clean and spacious two bed flat in the centre of Dunfermline. Really nice lounge area. Decent showers in the two bathrooms with towels and shower gel etc all supplied.

I didn't sleep in the front room of the property but my friend who did said it was quite noisy at night with the main road directly outside. I slept in the back room which was nice and quiet.

The location was perfect

It was filthy. The walls and doors were stained, crumbs in the cupboard, windows covered in hand prints, cotton bud on the bedroom carpet and a dog treat next to the bed. I could go on…..
