Perfectly located for Futuroscope

Excellent location to walk to Futuroscope. Free parking (leave your car here if you visit Futuroscope as they charge €9 on site). Close to restaurants. Well equipped. Conveniently located just off the dual carriageway.

Not as good value compared to other places when you see the property is quite dated decoratively (looks better in photos than in person). Bedding also a bit dated. For the price it needs a bit of updating. Some mould in some corners of the rooms.

Je suis vraiment partagé, l’appartement en lui même est très bien, mais le bruit de l’autoroute qui entre par la fenêtre

Très bien pour 5 personnes, suffisamment équipé et assez proche du Futuroscope pour y aller à pied en laissant sa voiture sur le parking de la résidence.

L’appartement est à quelque dizaine de mètres de l’autoroute et la fenêtre de la chambre est soit cassée soit très mal réglée. Le bruit que sa génère est vraiment désagréable pour bien dormir.

Ubicación a Futuroscope y Auchan (Alcampo)

Le faltan detalles que hay que cuidar, luz de entrada no funciona, la mesa del sofá es una tabla en la q la pata del centro es más larga q el resto, con lo cual baila nada más tocarla, algunos muebles son de la bisabuela, la cubertería y la vajilla es una amalgama de estilos, la cortina q tapa el lavabo está por los suelos, la ventana del comedor caída, los cubres de camas son cortos, la sábana bajera es pequeña para cama del comedor, en fin se ha amueblado con las sobras de otras estancias. Se salva en fecha de junio el precio y ubicación pero no renueva ni cuida lo que se deteriora.

L’emplacement superbe à 10 min à pied du futuroscope. Appartement au bout d’un couloir et au dernier étage, donc pas de bruit. La disponibilité de l’hôte et très arrangeant.

Au pied de l’autoroute, voie ferrée. 2 nuits de canicule donc dormir les fenêtres ouvertes était compliqué. Mais l’hote ni est pour rien.

Parking gratuit et facile à trouver. Emplacement permettant d'accéder au Futuroscope à pied en 10 minutes via un sentier sécurisé. Propreté de l'appartement. Une machine à laver est disponible, utile durant nos 4 jours. Si sportif et adepte de la course à pied, facilité d'accès au zoning. Plusieurs essuies à votre disposition. Frigo et micro-ondes disponibles. En voiture, 5 minutes de l'hypermarché Auchan.

Le matelas est hyper dur et ferme… alors certains aimeront et d'autres moins… Pour notre cas, ce n'était pas du tout adapté à notre confort de vie. Nous préférons un matelas plus mou. Lit d'un 1m40.

Appartement très bien situé, 10min à pieds du Futuroscope. Accès à l’appartement facile , spacieux et bien équipé .Bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Ménage pas trop au TOP( femme de ménage !!! ) , pas assez de serviettes de toilettes et torchons , mais grâce à la réactivité rapide des propriétaires nous avons pu avoir ce que l’on désirait .
