Very bright architect's house of 90m² opening onto a terrace and a large garden with heated swimming pool (open from June to September).
Ideal for quiet stays in an environment that is both preserved and close to all amenities (shopping center, cinemas, restaurants...).
Equipped with 3 bedrooms, it is ideal for 6 people, 8 at most
On the ground floor:
- a cocooning lounge area, a kitchen-dining room giving access to the terrace and the swimming pool thanks to its large bay window.
- a fitted kitchen open to the outside:
- Oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer
- stand mixer
-Dishwasher
- All cooking equipment
- a laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet
On the 1st floor:
- A double bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed overlooking the garden
- A family room with a bunk bed: above a 90 x 190 bed and downstairs a 140 x bed

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. It is located in a very quiet street near the lovely centre of Saint Benoît village. Downstairs the tastefully furnished kitchen and lounge overlook a beautiful big garden. We stayed a week and even on rainy days the large patio doors meant the house still looked very bright, with a nice view of the terrace and garden. Although We didn’t use it as the weather was too cold, the pool looked like it would be great fun in summer months. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable especially for the children who slept in bunk beds. It was also so much easier to say in when the hosts are very responsive and friendly. Our family would love to stay here again. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Une maison baignée de lumière avec vue sur un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu. Nous y avons passé 15 jours très agréable, bien au calme. Nous gardons cette adresse pour un éventuel séjour dans la région.

The property initially looked rather unloved and although the ground floor was well furnished and equipped the upstairs was lacking. No bedside tables and very hard mattresses. The garden was overgrown and a lot of the plants had died from neglect. I understand that the owner is changing his staff so we made allowances for this. The gardener arrived as we were leaving. On the plus side our dog loved it. The enclosed garden is safe and the huge patio windows made for endless amusement. The housekeeper was charming and although she spoke no English we managed . I would rent this house again but would hope that the bedrooms had been improved.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison. Très bon accueil par la voisine du propriétaire. La maison et ses extérieurs sont superbement entretenus. Propreté irréprochable. Tout était parfait pour nos vacances !
