Sadly, one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in.

The location was very convenient for Futuroscope. The bed was quite comfortable. Sadly, that's about all the positive things that I can say!

Where do I start? This was probably the worst apartment of the many I have stayed in with Booking. Let's start with the kitchen area. No plug for the sink, which made washing up difficult. No tea towel to dry dishes - had to use another bathroom towel. Odd miscellany of cutlery, very limited crockery. The bathroom was lit only by a single light in the shower, hopelessly inadequate for make-up or shaving. The shower was set very high and was non-adjustable. When turned on, it threw water all over the floor leaving it swimming. Meagre towel provision, with no soap, no shampoo or shower gel. Only one towel hook, the other having been removed/damaged? On entry, all the chairs at the table were hidden under various quilt covers, which we had to remove to use the table. No internet was provided, no bedside tables, no air conditioning. All correspondence was by text, in French, including the warning not to sit on the 'acoudoir', a word I had never heard of, and nor had Google translate! I assume it was referring to the small nest of tables, which someone clearly HAD sat on previously! And to cap it all, a €500 payment in advance against damage was required, which I have never come across before. I shall be chasing the repayment of this assiduously! Overall, I am astonished at this property's 8.0 rating and would advise others to check out some of the lower ratings before booking.

Très bien situé

L' appartement est bien situé pour se rendre au Futuroscope, il est propre et plutôt bien insonorisé.

Les équipements de la cuisine ne sont pas de très bonne qualité, la plaque vitrocéramique est très longue a chauffer, la cafetière et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnaient pas.

L’emplacement par rapport au futuroscope

Le propriétaire est hors la loi, il demande une caution de 500€ uniquement pour les personnes étrangères. La loi française interdit toute discrimination y compris sur la base de la nationalité. Il n’est donc pas légal de demander une caution uniquement parce que vous êtes étrangers.

Un bel appartement, très vaste

Les propriétaires ayant constaté un dysfonctionnement dans l'appartement nous avons été logés dans un autre hébergement, assez proche mais très grand et bien équipé, à proximité du Futuroscope (1km à pieds). Appartement lumineux et calme.

Heureusement que le Futuroscope et l'Aquascope font oublier le jour l'hideux appartement

L'appartement de remplacement imposé 30 minutes avant d'arriver n'est pas du même niveau, vieux, pot rempli de mégots sur l'appui de la fenêtre de cuisine (l'hôte réponds en quoi ça vous gène ? Vous dormez dehors ?), bouches de ventilation sdb et wc pleines de poussières de plusieurs mois, conduit de chauffe eau cuisine luisant de gras et plein de poussière collée, pas de hotte en cuisine, joint de plan de travail de cuisine et de baignoire noirs, toiles d'araignées en coin de chambre, au dessus du lit, avec insectes donc depuis un certain temps, robinet de sdb en partie bouché, pas de table de nuit ou le moindre rangement en chambre, porte d'entrée de l'immeuble fracassée. La vaisselle sale on peut pas le reprocher au propriétaire, de vérifier quand même.

Appartenant pratique et bien équipé

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 15 minutes à pied du parc du Futuroscope. Le parking est gratuit, ce qui est bien pratique. L'appartement est fonctionnel et le lit double est confortable. Les canapés lits un peu moins. Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement à nos questions.

L'appartement est tout près de la route mais cela ne nous a pas gênés parce que les fenêtres sont bien isolés. Nous étions en octobre donc pas besoin d'ouvrir à cause de la chaleur!

Location parfaite. Pierre , propriétaire de ce lieux communique parfaitement bien. L'appartement est idéalement bien placé pour aller au Futuroscope. L'intérieur est très bien. Bonne literie, cuisine et salon sont assez grands pour ne pas avoir l'impression de "s'étouffer ". L'appartement était très propre contrairement à notre hôtel de la nuit passée. Rien à dire . Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés !!!

Dans l’ensemble 1 tres bon rapport qualité/prix avec un hôte clair concis et disponible .

L’emplacement par rapport au parc est top . Tout est dispo à proximité . Le propriétaire est disponible et réactif en cas de demande . Le logement et le linge étaient propres Studio fonctionnel et adapté au besoin du séjour.

Le lit secondaire limite limite ( matelas usager et structure idem) L’ensemble mériterait un petit coup de neuf… Peut être une petite Clim car il faisait vraiment extrêmement chaud ( mm si 1 ventilateur avait été fourni et a été grandement apprécié 😊)

On a reçu les infos pour entrer dans le logement assez tard et je déplore la manière de répondre de du gérant assez sec. Aussi je trouve ça abusé une entrée dans le logement à 18h pour un check out à 11h même, quand la moyenne c'est des check in plus tôt ou des check out plus tard pour compenser

Pas de télécommande Loué avec machine à laver mais non utilisable( signalé à la dernière minute) J'ai retrouvé sous le lit des bouteilles de boisson( coca/ sprite) et vêtements ( pleins de poussières, des anciens locataires ?? ) Bouches aérations sales Moisissures aux fenêtres, sur plafond de la salle de bain. Frigo avec bac à glace tout scotché, ....je suis relativement déçue. Quand on me dit les draps...sont fournis oui mais tout sauf torchons vaisselle fallait le savoir Les seuls points positif c'est : les draps: propre, linge de bain: propre, emplacement// Futuroscope. Le reste mérite vraiment de l'entretien. Et peut être de changer d'entreprise de nettoyage ??
