Unfortunately the toilet did not work in the appartment and there was no cold running water. The cold water had to be left turned off from a tap in the corridor of the hotel, otherwise the water would have been running constantly in the toilet. The toilet did not flush or fill up and so it made for a very uncomfortable 2 night stay for a family. Despite bringing this to the attention of the owner, he was not able to arrange for the toilet to be fixed during our stay. We also paid €70 more for the stay compared to bigger and better apartments in the Mercure hotel across the road. therefore, the cost seemed to be very expensive too.

Très bon emplacement pour cet appartement proche du futuroscope où nous sommes allés en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants). Communication avec le propriétaire excellente. Arrivée simple par boîte à clés.

Inconfortable et vieux, ne vaut pas le prix ....

Emplacement proche du parc à pied ( à 10 /15 min )

Propreté un peu limite, chambre un peu vieille aussi. Lits pas confortables, le lit mezzanine crissait beaucoup et était donc pas possible d'utilisation. Pas de savon le premier jour et je trouve ça très limite qu'ils ne mettent pas de gel douche même si ça fait parti de leur règlement ( que j'avouerai n'avoir pas lu car je trouve ça impensable qu'un appart hotel n'en mette pas ) Très mal insonorisée sachant que le soir, les gens dans le restaurant juste en bas faisaient pas mal de bruits. De plus, les chambres sont juste à côté de la route donc on entend les bruits des voitures tout le temps. Donc pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit pour se rafraîchir. Il y avait un ventilateur dans la chambre mais qui faisait tellement de bruits que je préférais avoir chaud que de l'allumer. L'accès au Wi-Fi était indiqué nulle part et j'ai donc dû envoyer un message aux propriétaires. Mais ils restaient très disponibles et réactifs donc c'est un bon point. J'avais réservé pour 3 nuits mais on a fini par rester que 2 nuits car j'avais hâte de rentrer quand même, ne me sentant pas très confortable dans cette chambre...

Nada

Estaba sucio, muy viejo, hacia muchísima calor ya que no tiene aire acondicionado, si que hay 2 ventiladores pero insuficiente en ola de calor.. Es muy pequeño para 4 personas, practicamente no te puedes mover. La litera no tiene sabana, solamente un cubrecolchon aspero y se mueve muchísimo. Los utensillios de cocina son muy viejos y no estaban limpios. La ducha se sale el agua y lo moja todo. Y hay un fregasuelos que da asco de lo sucio que está. El inodoro estaba sucio y la tapa sucia y rota. Una experiencia muy desagradable.

Studio idéalement situé pour un séjour au Futuroscope

Studio fonctionnel à proximité du Futuroscope équipé d'une bonne literie et de 2 ventilateurs. Studio calme, situé au 4e et dernier étage avec ascenseur les hôtes sont disponibles et envoient un livret d’accueil clair pour l'accès en autonomie. parking gratuit

bruit de l'autoroute mais bonne isolation pour ceux qui souhaitent y manger, pensez au sel ;)

Très bien situé pour séjour au futuroscope. Bruit de la route mais au vu de la proximité au parc normal. Bien équipé pour 2 jours. Problème de latte qui a rendu le couchage du canapé lit peu confortable mais aprioro été changé . Logement qui a répondu à nos attentes : o. Cherchait un point de chute pour un séjour au futuroscope où l on pouvait faire à manger. Propriétaire que l'on on peut joindre sans soucis. Modalités pour l accès au logement clair.

Appartement qui n'a pas été vérifié avant notre séjour...

l'emplacement, la deco sympa de l'appartement...

le confort du lit clic clac avec des lattes cassées cachées derrière le clic clac, impossible de dormir (un trou au niveau de la tête et surtout du dos. les joints de la fenêtre complétement hors d'usage générant du bruit (l'autoroute passent à proximité). Le nettoyage approximatif avec la vaisselle collante et la table ou nous mangeons était collante, le ventilateur complètement chargé de poussière...et vu la chaleur difficile de se passer de ventilateur...Dommage...

Très bel hôtel sur le thème des pirates qui a ravi les petits 🤗 Le personnel était très accueillant, très souriant à notre arrivée. Nous avons reçu de la part de Thomas et Eva les instructions pour accéder à la chambre quelques jours avant notre arrivée, tout était très clair, c’était parfait. La communication a été fluide, et nous avons eu des réponses rapides de la part des hôtes qui étaient en plus très agréable et chaleureux. Le logement était très propre et joliment décoré, nous n’avons manqué de rien 😊 Nous avons passé un très beau séjour grâce à vous, et nous vous en remercions grandement. Nous gardons votre adresse pour les prochaines fois 🤗 encore un grand merci pour tout!! À bientôt ☀️

La ubicación respecto a futuroscope. La cocina y la nevera.

El espacio era pequeño. Insuficiente para 4 personas. Los somieres incómodos. Faltaban tablas. La limpieza decente pero habia una servilleta manchada detrás del sofá cama y migas de pan encima del sofá. La cama superior no tenía cubrecolchon. Y se movía mucho. No había aire acondicionado, solo 2 ventiladores. La ducha pequeña y se salía el agua. Hace 20 años estaría bien. Ahora estaba descuidado.

Petit mais efficace

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le studio, c’était principalement que pour dormir et prendre le petit dej. Le reste de la journée nou l’avons passé dans le parc Futuroscope. Le studio est équipé avec le strictement nécessaire. Nous n’avions pas eu besoin de plus. La literie était assez confortable, et malgré la fatigue nous avons bien dormi. Le studio est proche du parc mais nous avons préféré d’aller en voiture pour question de fatigue.

Le superficie du studio est en peu petit. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, mais contenu du fait que nous avons passé toute la journée dans le parc c’était suffisant.
