Located 3 minutes from Futuroscope, in a very pleasant and quiet with private parking, close to all amenities on foot. Large 70m2 apartment with garden and terrace, large living room of 30m2 with sofa bed and bz for sleeping, 2 bedrooms, kitchen equipped with hotplates, fridge, microwave and all the necessary crockery for 6 persons, bathroom, wc , washing machine.

5 min walk to all amenities: bus line city, tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket open 7/7, bank, tourist office, park with children's playground, cafe / traditional restaurant.

We are located 2km from Futuroscope, 3 min by car, Auchan shopping center, as well as many fast or traditional restaurants.

GITE CHASENEUIL

Au calme et tout à côte du futuroscope 2km ce gite est adapté pour 4 à 6 personnes, il est accueillant et propre. Le propriétaire est cordial et disponible et très discret. Nous y sommes venue en famille, nous avons passée une agréable soirée. Je recommande ce gite pour une ou deux nuits pour le séjour futuroscope ou visite de la région.
