Absolutely disgusting and imppossible for foreigners to understand

No mention about having to bring your own bed lining, extra pillows and cover in the wardrobe were dirty and used from before. Only a fan to keep you cool in the night. Had to wait for ages to get a message with instructions on how to get into the building and room.

Good location but dirty

The place is a self check in. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. I needed to be close to a Conference in the neighborhood this is why I chose the location. The floor was clean.

The flat had a strong smell of damp. The extractor fan in the bathroom and toilet did not work, we're really dusty and had a new life form growing on them. The bathroom had mould and limescale around the bath tub. The sink had musty smell coming from the plug hole and same for the kitchen sink. The windows had mould on them too. I asked the owner to send a cleaner in but I had no reply. The sofa looked like it had seen better days. There was mould growing in the kettle and the wall /splash by the cooker had not been cleaned for a long time. I ended up in cleaning myself the best I could as ii had to stay there two more days for conference. It s a shame to let a place go like that as it could have a great potential.

l'appartement était correct pour le prix à 4 personnes c'est trés serré, l'emplacement était trés bien, le propriétaire accessible en cas de question rapidement

le peu d'équipement, bouilloire entartrée (fortement), pas de grille pain, le blocage de la consommation électrique, la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas si des téléphones sont en charges,

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter le Futuroscope

L'état du logement... Parquet flottant abîmé, clic clac dont les montants bougent dans tous les sens, pieds de lits tordus, fils d'alimentation du radiateur apparents... Bof bof On privilégie les hôtels avec petit déjeuner inclus et ce sera le cas pour les fois suivantes car le tarif est à peine plus cher et tout compris. Contrairement à ce logement où nous avons dû amener nos draps, oreillers et serviettes. Bref, bilan mitigé.

L'emplacement

La tentative de surfacturation pour des draps et serviettes, alors que l'annonce ne demandait aucun supplément pour cela. Draps qui ne sentaient vraiment pas bon (le renfermé). On sent vraiment les ressorts du matelas. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : le chauffage n'était pas allumé à notre arrivée. Mais si nous l'avons allumé, impossible de se réchauffer correctement.

Appartement vétuste mais bien placé.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien placé à quelques minutes à pied du Futuroscope. Le logement est assez spacieux et il y a de l'eau chaude à volonté.

L'appartement est un peu vétuste : des éléments sont cassés et non réparés (baignoire, plinthes, trous dans le mur, fenêtre qui ne ferme plus, ...). La cuisine est très mal équipée, la TV ne fonctionnait pas et la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone par texto a été grossière en me prétextant qu'il n'était pas réparateur de TV !! Le lit principal aurait du être changé il y a longtemps, il est défoncé et très inconfortable. Tout est assez sale, cela mériterait un bon ménage avec du désinfectant.

La proximité avec le futuroscope et la possibilité d’y aller à pied

Deux boîtes à clef sur la porte de notre chambre (325), la seconde étant pour une autre chambre. Concept vraiment très nul… des personnes qui font du bruit sur votre porte a 00h38 pour récupérer la clef d’une autre chambre visiblement au 2eme étage en plus, n’y arrivant pas ils essaient d’ouvrir votre porte.. cela a 2 reprise, ce qui bien entendu a réveillé toute la famille… mon conjoint obligé de se lever voir qui étaient ces personnes et ce qu’elles voulaient, notre fils a rassurer que personne ne rentrera dans notre chambre puis a rendormir, et nous adultes qui guettons le moindre bruit à nouveau et qui passons donc une nuit qui laisse à désirer.. de plus appartement pile en face de la porte des escaliers qui ne cesse de claquer lorsque que quelqu’un rejoint sa chambre…

Leider zu laut, entsetzlicher Geruch nach Erbrochenenem im Flur, kompliziert bis unmöglich die Fenstern zu öffnen dadurch sehr stickig. Man hatte ein Gefühl von "lieber nichts anfassen" im diesem Appartement.

très honéreux en rapport au service rendu

proximité du futuroscope, literie en bon état assez confortable, relativement calme (mais on ne peut pas laisser la - seule - fenêtre ouverte qui donne sur la rue).

Ce n'est pas un studio pour y vivre, très peu d'espace pour vivre cuisiner et manger à table avec une seule fenêtre qui s'ouvre à moitié (pas de balcon), pas de draps, pas de serviettes ni tapis de bain, pas de savon ni gel douche, pas de papier toilettes, pas de torchon de cuisine, éponge sale déjà utilisée, pas de condiments ni café thé ou sucre, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (pas de petite casserole ni couvercle, pas de contenant pour le microonde), microonde dans un placard, espace cuisine très petit dans l'entrée, pas de climatisation, pas de volet, pas de wifi gratuit contrairement à l'annonce. C'est une chambre d'hotel qui a été transformée et affichée comme studio, une mini cuisine a été ajoutée devant la porte d'entrée. Le prix est exorbitant en rapport au service, on trouve bien mieux dans les hotels environnant.

Le fait de devoir apporter notre linge de lit et de bain au vu du prix que l’on paye deja je trouve sa abusé. Et de ne pas pouvoir prendre notre animal de compagnie a cause de l’hygiène alors celle ci est pas terrible a la base. Le lit pas confortable.

Cómodo y limpio, a un paseo de los parques, fácil de aparcar.

La ubicación. Andando a los parques son 5 minutos. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda. No hay personal. Te mandan el código de entrada por mail pero realmente no necesitas personal, está bien explicado. Lugar tranquilo. Fácil para aparcar gratis.

Cuesta encontrar exactamente el edificio por que está justo en la parte de atrás de un hotel.

Tout était très bien, sauf qu'on s'est encombré inutilement de certains affaires.

L'emplacement était idéal et facile pour accéder au point d'intérêt.

Il ne fallait pas nous envoyé le message comme quoi : les serviettes et certains linges tels que draps et oreillers sont à louer ou il faut apporter ses propres affaires. Du coup, on s'est encombré inutilement de tous ces affaires, et au final, tout était prévu dans l'appartement.

Proximité du Futuroscope. 15 min à pieds environ Instructions claires du propriétaire Mise à disposition de vaisselle . Le studio était calme .

Mauvaise information par Booking sur le type de logement . Il est écrit appartement et en fait c est un studio. A 4 dedans , pas confortable du tout. On nous demande de rendre l appartement propre, jusque là c est normal mais j ai dû nettoyer en arrivant , les WC étaient sales et pas de produit ménager mis à disposition. A notre départ pareil, nettoyage fait à l eau car pas de produit . Tapis de douche moisi .
