Great Welcome. I have stayed here a few times and like it. It is very comfortable, you get a good breakfast, location is handy for me, can walk to local Restaurants.

Recommended for Killaloe travels

Norman and Marie are exceptional hosts! Norman's knowledge of the area meant he had great recommendations for surrounding points of interest. The made to order breakfast was a wonderful start to every day. The room was a welcome respite after days out - the bed was very comfortable. The reading nook past the dining room houses a number of orchids that Marie is extra knowledgeable about (thanks for chatting with me about them!). There's ample parking for guests. Killaloe village is an easy 15 minute walk away, and there are 2 grocery stores on the same route if you forget anything. I would recommend Blossom Hill for anyone staying in the Killaloe/Limerick area, and I would definitely return should dates align.

Something to note for travelers where window screens are coming, there's none here, so close the windows at night, else you'll have unwelcome winged roommates. Not a detraction, simply a caution

The epitome of welcoming

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable room, exceptionally nice hosts. This place was the perfect spot to unwind and stay cozy during a rainy evening. Norman and Marie were attentive and kind and made the most delicious hot breakfast!

We had a lovely time and will definitely come again.

Very cosy, out of the way and yet very close to the town, very clean.

My only suggestion would be to have a lighter blanket as an option, the one we had was a bit heavy for us.

Really worth visiting

Very clean, nice room. A big and tasty fried breakfast cooked just before. The hosts recommended us to see the Kilkee cliffs, and it was a great idea , also gave us a lot of information about the restaurants in the area and we had a lively dinner in town.

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the lake. Very clean. Extremely friendly welcome from Norman, the best cook for breakfast. Would like to stay longer, but unfortunately we are on a round trip.

Comfortable lodgings & delicious breakfast

We stopped off here for an overnight on route to kerry. Really lovely house, adjacent to town and there was a festival on too unbeknownst to us! Triple room was perfect, really clean and comfy. Surprised but delighted to find warm water so I could shower (it was evening when we arrived). Great choice for breakfast especially so travelling with children. Will be certain to recommend! Friendly owners, went beyond to help with hair appointment. Good knowledge of restaurants. Great value, exceptionally clean and comfortable. This is not a 5 star hotel but excellent value.

Showers a little small funny opening screens. But no trouble once you got used to them.

Outstanding - Blossom Hill provided everything we wanted (and more!) at a very reasonable price

The house was located in a quiet and secluded location in an attractive setting with plenty of private parking. It was about a 10 min walk into town which was fine. The twin room I shared with my son was large comfortable and immaculately clean. The temperature was perfect the facilities were excellent. The house is very well kept and professionally run. Overnight the room was quiet and the beds, which were large size singles, very comfortable. Breakfast was included and given the price charged for the accommodation, not only of a high standard but also very generous. For example we were served real coffee (not instant!) and it was very good. Overall this was a great find, as from the moment of our arrival, until the moment of our departure, our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Dont hesitate in booking this B&B as I genuinely think it would be hard to better at any price!

I cant really think of anything significant or pressing which needed to be improved, save perhaps an update of the on suite shower which was a little small and dated (although perfectly adequate.)

Beds were comfy. The breakfast was delicious with a range of options. It's only tem minutes walk from town as well with plenty of.parking too.

The shower stall was a bit stiff/awkward to open and close.

Nice room with its own toilet and shower. Only a few minutes from river and town that has a choice of food and restaurants.

Seemed a bit off the main road when arriving, but it was just the way Google directed us.
