Warm welcome, comfortable stay.

A lovely warm welcome from our host. A lovely b&b. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Special thanks for facilitating an early breakfast as I was going to Nenagh to run a half marathon. A nice touch to go out of their way for us.

Cleasn, quiet, warm and comfortable - very good breakfast and, the biggest bonus of all, Phyl. She is a force of nature and a first-class host.

Ideal for a cozy getaway in the countryside!

Shannon was absolutely amazing!!! She made the place feel like home, the room was exceptionally clean, warm and cozy, no complaints whatsoever. A massive thank you to her and her partner John for going the extra mile and dropping me off in Limerick for my race. I really appreciate all their efforts, would highly recommend, thanks again ✨

Welcoming and comfortable stay

The host Phyll was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculately clean. B&b appears to have undergone renovations so rooms are more modern than on their website. Clean , crisp and fresh bedding and pillows . There was an extra blanket and heater in the room if you needed. Tea and coffee station with kettle and biscuits in the room. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this B & b and I would certainly stay again.

Would recommend and stay again

Phyll, the host, was lovely and attentive. She went above and beyond to make our stay homely and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality and delicious. The rooms were comfy and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking and good location, only a couple of minutes drive into Ballina.

Overall, this was a pleasant stay

The host was super friendly, breakfast was good, everything was very clean.

The bed was not very comfortable, some.basics that you would normally see such as shampoo and conditioner, were not in the bathroom (I bring my own when I travel, but it would be something you would normally see), as well as the lighting in the room and was not great. The location is also a bit out of the way so getting a taxi is not a guarantee.

A very comfortable stay , close to town with a very welcoming lady of the house.

Lovely clean and spacious room with big bathroom . Breakfast was exceptional , with vegetables growing on the property served alongside traditional breakfast . Phyll the owner runs one of the best BnB ‘s I have stayed in. And a great carácter too . I will definitely recommend here without hesitation. You will enjoy your stay , as we did and will be back next year. Thanks Phyll from Bernie and Bob

A very agreable and calm stay!

The hostesses were very kind and flexible, we slept very well, and the breakfast was delicious. The house and rooms are lovely, and though the address was a bit difficult to find, it was very calm and resourcing.

We had a nice stay, the ladies were friendly and helpful. I was good value for money and good location

It was nostalgic, it was like stepping back in time to the B&B’s I have stayed in as a child and teenager. It was lovely and clean. The breakfast was very tasty and hot. Phyll was pleasant and offer plenty of information about the local area.

I tried to take a shower when we first arrived but the hot ran out after a few minutes. The springs in the mattress weren’t very comfortable. There was work being done on their septic system so the machinery was running out back (where our room was) from 7.30am. We have a small child at home and are up very early every morning, we were really looking forward to getting to sleep in a bit especially since breakfast wasn’t available for us until 9.30am.

Great hospitality!

Hospitality was second to none. Clean and comfortable bed and en suite facilities, with a good breakfast which set us up perfectly for our onward journey. Only a short drive into Balina for our evening meal and a walking the dog in the park.

No one to welcome us on arrival at agreed time, just got email telling us how to get in and room no, met the host next morning. , poached eggs should have been soft they had been steamed solid.wifi kept buffering.

Perfect for what I needed

Perfect location for a stay in Killaloe/Ballina. Breakfast was excellent, fresh berries and a choice of cereals/granolas followed by a freshly cooked breakfast.
