Location - suitable for families with children. A large children's playground within the housing village.
Quiet neighbourhood despite being in a large housing estate.
Facilities were good- comfy beds, Big screen TV with netflix, dishwasher, patio area.
Entire property is Sparkling clean and property seems new.
Very helpful and responsive host.
Parking was a bit tight- I didn't find any problems. The houses alongside have the same parking anyway.
Standard check out at 9:00 AM is not convenient. However, I was able to extend the check out for a small fee. I suggest the owner to kindly consider extending the standard check out time to 10 or 11 am - like most holiday accommodations.

We had a lovely stay and the home was beautiful
The checking in and out times were not clear when booking nor were the requirements for linen etc.
The kitchen has an ant problem.

The property was self catering. The sofa bed was located ready in the twin bedded room which was most helpful for our grand daughter to be with her parents. Two toilets was very practical and helpful.
Instructions for some facilities would have been helpful.Could not work out the access to the Netflix account that would have been good for our grand daughter. One of the dining chairs had a screw missing so we did not use it in case it damaged it. Fan in the bathroom was not operating.
