A great retreat.

Very private with no overlooking buildings, also great views of the area. Everything was spotless with all you need for a trouble free break. If there is a problem help was 50yds away or a telephone call.

Relaxing, well equipped, lovely old stable with character. A great base to explore the area, just out of town but close enough to get supplies. Would happily stay again.

much needed break away doing nothing was perfect even the weather wasn't bad ( which helps )

A perfect stay in a great location for a quiet escape with our dog.

It was quiet and included excellent facilities. The property was equipped with everything you needed for a short stay. This included a nice kitchen area, lovely bathroom and comfortable bedroom area. It also had a great outdoor area where our dog could explore safely.

We liked everything about the accommodation and the facilities included. The only addition that would have been nice would be a glass shelf somewhere in the bathroom to place our washing and shaving bits and pieces.

Always enjoy staying at this place.

This was the second time I stayed in this place and I'm back again next week. There are certain things that makes me choose this place, the location which is quite but very close to where I need to be, shops etc. The kitchen is very well equipped, I usually stay 3-5 nights and like to cook my own food, I appreciated to have different knifes, kitchen roll, foil paper and also an oven. Often places are very basic on kitchen utensils. It is also a very spacious a comfortable place, like a home away from home. Chrissy is always very helpful and quick at getting back to me if I need anything.

Very good stay

The lodge is very well laid out, decorated and in a beautiful setting. I din't bring my dogs with me but they would have enjoyed the secured outside area. The home was warm and very comfortable, had everything I needed, was nice to find napkins and a knife to cut vegetables/bread, something is very often missing in most places. It's a very quite area, I didn't have much time to explore but it looked like there were some nice areas around.

Super lovely little apartment in a quiet area. Perfect for a restful weekend. The apartment was spotless clean and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Quiet and good for a short stay for singletons or a couple.

Very peaceful. Equipped with everything that I needed. Perfectly clean on arrival. Location was fine for my purposes. Large bath with shower over, so easier to shower than in a lot of cubicle-type showers.

Had no issues with anything myself but may prove difficult to access with and turn around a larger car (eg BMW 7series).
