Large rooms with high ceilings. Lovely garden. Bigger and nicer than expected. Local shop 2.mins walk.

Lack of utensils and kitchenware. No oven dishes, teaspoons etc. Smaller than expected bathroom. On main road so park in nearby station carpark 24 hours. 3 minute walk.

The flat is well located. A five minute walk to the railway station, a ten minute walk to a large Morrisons supermarket or two minutes to a Tesco Express. Only 20 minutes to the centre of town. However, if you have a car, be warned: it’s almost impossible to find a free carpark in the vicinity! There’s a paid park at the station, but at £11 a day it soon adds up. The flat has been redecorated and has modern decor. Modern double glazed windows are a plus for noise attenuation and temperature. Unfortunately a bit dark, but that is of the era. Everything was clean. Comfortable bed, good quality linen and a good lounge and dining room. Kitchen has a fan forced oven and cooktop, and a microwave too. There’s no dishwasher. Cooking utensils are sparse but adequate. Crockery is also sparse but adequate. Condiments such as sugar, tea, coffee are supplied. The washer/dryer is a BIG plus! Bathroom is cramped, as per the era. Shower over bath runs hot and cold. Please note, they do not supply bathroom products for a long stay, but do provide shampoo, soap etc to start you off. Appreciated. Whilst not sparkly new, and looking tired in places, it delivers what it promises. Company communication was good. Stay again? Yes.

Would have liked extra condiments for the kitchen eg oil, and bathroom aids eg soap, conditioner, shampoo, but in fairness these were clearly not provided in the description . Description states parking. There wasn’t any. No coffee machine (but it is England after all). Description states dishwasher. No dishwasher (not important)

Nice furnishings- adequately clean. Adequate kitchen ware etc. Comfy bed. Lovely yard to the back with sitting area be it very stoney! Close to town and a Tesco local opposite.

No door step appeal looked like a student house- overgrown garden- bins at the gate and litter! Shabby front door/entrance! This lets the property down in my opinion and the torn front nets! Bedroom window not fitted properly so a lot of noise from the busy road all hours! Had to buy earplugs! Could not have window open - but sounded like it was! Our trip was to help our son move location, but if this had been a holiday trip I would have asked to be moved! Floor fans would be useful in the hot weather! Couldn’t find an iron?
