Easy access with keybox entry, and clear instructions received from the hosts before arrival. The house was clean and the bedlinen felt freshly laundered. The kitchen was well equipped with a full oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and new fridge freezer although we didn't use most of the appliances. The instantaneous shower in the bathroom maintained steady heat and was powerful enough. The hosts provided a double USB adapter/ extension which was useful. The private courtyard garden was lovely to have in the evenings. There were 3 flat screen TV's.

The net curtains in the bedroom were literally in shreds which was a shame as the rest of the room was good. This was a ground floor apartment and the kitchen and bathroom extension at the rear smelt a bit damp - this was easily rectified by opening the windows as the weather was great while we were there. The property is on a busy main road and the bedroom is at the front - bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We couldn't find any free on-street parking as it was all reserved for permit holders so parked in a pay and display a five minute walk away. We couldn't get any of the remote controls to work the TV's.

Very clean and well furnished, good facilities all round. Very near the center of town and the railway station. Tesco metro 200 meters down the road.

Outside the front could do with a tidy up, maybe repaint the front door a different color! The net curtains in the bedroom were shredded! No parking outside.

Short walk to Taunton centre. No air con, but the property stayed relatively cool during the ridiculous heat wave

Nice furnishings- adequately clean. Adequate kitchen ware etc. Comfy bed. Lovely yard to the back with sitting area be it very stoney! Close to town and a Tesco local opposite.

No door step appeal looked like a student house- overgrown garden- bins at the gate and litter! Shabby front door/entrance! This lets the property down in my opinion and the torn front nets! Bedroom window not fitted properly so a lot of noise from the busy road all hours! Had to buy earplugs! Could not have window open - but sounded like it was! Our trip was to help our son move location, but if this had been a holiday trip I would have asked to be moved! Floor fans would be useful in the hot weather! Couldn’t find an iron?
