What an amazing accommodation. From the comfort of the bedroom and lounge to the unexpected dining room, the place ticked all of the boxes. We had a problem with heating and hot water, but it was fixed immediately, and the lady I dealt with was very professional and helpful. The flat was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen and a garden area to the back, which was lovely as we had some lovely weather on our visit. There is a full fold down sifa bed in the lounge with plenty of spare quilts and bed linen and a fold down single bed, which we didn't use. The decor is lovely too and we just felt totally at home. The location is brilliant with a 5 minute walk to Taunton train station and about a 20 minute walk into the town centre with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. There are loads of takeaways, too. The closest bar is The Ale House, and we would highly recommend the breakfast in there.
There is little to complain about, but two things we found a wee bit disappointing were: the entrance is a wee bit shabby with overgrown hedges and long grass so your first impression isn't great but that could be fixed very easily. The bathroom isn't in the same league as the rest of the apartment and could do with an upgrade, but again, it was very clean and well stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.

Clean and nice decor. Fully equipped with most amenities. Good instructions for gaining access.
Bedroom is right off of a main road so somewhat noisy. Bathroom is all the way in the back of the house. We would have liked a coffee machine of some kind.

Dining room was lovely
Felt like a student rental - piles of takeaway leaflets in the hall. Bathroom was not up to the standard of the rest of the accommodation
