A newly refurbished house, well laid out with 4 bedrooms (3 up, 1 down) and toilets on both floors. Equiped kitchen with plenty of storage space throughout. Off road parking for 2 cars.
Walled driveway rather narrow for reversing in.

Location for the event we were attending.
Nice to have cereals, bottled water and butter in fridge.
Nice outside space.
Terrible bedding polyester!
Outside space although nice just wasn't looked after, garden furniture old and just about serviceable but covered in spiders webs and weeds everywhere.
It is not air-conditioned (as advertised) in any way in any room- unless a tower fan fan counts!
Three small hand towels supplied not really appropriate for showering!
We were lucky that there was just the two of us, otherwise the layout is definitely not ok for upto 8! people, a camp bed surly doesn't count as a bed, 1 toilet without hand basin.
