Lovely, comfy, I would stay again.

Location was fab-apartment was comfy and clean

the rubbish bins for the flats were overflowing and had been ransacked by seagulls. it was everywhere. The apartment was freezing cold when I arrived and it took absolutely hours to get this to a reasonable temperature. Took me ages to find a hairdryer as it was in a cupboard in the living room :)

Great little apartment with all facilities & free parking.

Excellent location, close to hospital (which is what I needed) but actually really near town as well. It’s got a lovely view of french weir & the rumble of the weir was like a very soothing white noise!

Mattress on bed could be upgraded or a thick topper added for extra comfort.

Had a relaxing stay and was a chance to get away to recharge my batteries.

The flat was well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and it had quality furnishings throughout. I found the apartment homely in a nice area with ample parking, will be staying again through Host and Stay as the process from start to finish was more than helpful.

The checkout by 10am was a little early and would be good if it was 11am to save rushing around in the morning, also a grab rail/handle would of been handy by the bath.

Poor

The apartment had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade and all the towels were wet. Have complained but after 11 days have received no response.

Clean spacious town centre apartment

Spacious clean modern apartment. Good location 10 minute walk to the cricket ground & centre of town. Tesco 2-3 minute walk.

Electric heaters were apparently set at 21C but didn't feel like it and couldn't be changed, so we had to put on pullovers in the evening. Shower temperature could only be adjusted by the two bath taps which resulted in unstable temperature setting. Work was being done on the foyer lighting system so had to use light on my phone to read and adjust key box setting to access keys.

Clean and quiet but a bit lacking

Clean, spacious and in a quiet location.

Reminded me of student accommodation. Lack of furniture for the size of the living room. The sofa is tiny and cheap looking. Everything just felt too small for the space. The bath is very slippery when standing in the shower - needs a shower mat. The shower isn't powerful enough. Furniture in bedroom is very cheap looking too.

Cricket Trio

The property was in a lovely peaceful area . Close to a river, woodland. Lots of wild life which was very nice & calming listen to. The appartment was very modern & clean .

It would have been better if there was a bath mat on getting out of the shower . Also a tea towel in the kitchen area.

Would definitely stay here again - everything we needed was available

The apartment is very spacious and within walking distance (10 - 15 mins) of Somerset Cricket Ground, the main reason for our stay. The information from the hosts is clear. Bed was comfortable and plenty of storage space for clothes in the bedroom. Although we didn't use them, having a dishwasher and a washing machine is a bonus.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, although a grab rail on the wall by the bath would have made it easier to get in and out of the bath, especially for someone who is short

Great little place, felt like a home from home.

Loved having an apartment. We stayed 2 nights so it was nice to have a living area and kitchen. It was clean, modern, in a great location for us and had a lovely view over the river. We would definitely stay again if we didn't need to be ready early.

There should have been a hairdryer in the room but there wasn't. The check in time of 4pm was too late really as we were at a party in the evening and it didn't give us much time to get settled in and get ready. Check out was 10am which felt quite early considering we couldn't check in until 4.

Really good

Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, very clean, dishwasher tablets provided.

Would have really appreciated a couple of complimentary essentials e.g. restocked salt in shaker, shampoo, hair dryer (often in bottom drawer of a b'n'b). The towels smelt musty. Would be handy to have the parking space more clearly signposted as it is not next to any other spaces and the plaque is partially covered.
