The property was double booked upon our arrival The hosts were not helpful at all offering alternative accommodation over 70 miles away The hosts are very slow to reply to messages and not helpful when they do The hosts are refusing to provide a full refund for the double booking now stating there was a leak in the pipes that prevented them from fulfilling the stay, even though upon arrival we spoke to the people already in the property confirming that it was a double booking Booking.com customer service have also confirmed that it was a double booking Overall I cannot comment on the state of the apartment as we didn't actually stay in it but I can say they are not good hosts and it is not worth your time to book this property
