Everything was clean and tidy.
The breakfast was good.
Some things, including the beds and bedding are a bit tired and could do with replacing.

Lovely welcome from Karen when we arrived. Lucky to get an upgrade to a larger room with a jacuzzi bath - which was lovely.
Beautiful old farm house set in the middle of a housing estate that has been built around it.
Decor a bit dated and in need of a refurb.
Lovely breakfast with good ingredients. Loved the homemade marmalade. 😋

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with homemade marmalade being a hit. Although the sausages were cheap and basic.
Owners were very friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay here again
