It was ideally situated for our needs while in Taunton.
Car parking facilities would have been better, but nothing they can do about that and we were made aware of nearby parking. A restaurant/bar at the hotel would also have been good.

It was in clean. Staff were lovely.
The pillow was awful. There was no bar or restaurant so I'm not sure it should advertise itself as a hotel.

Good location, low price, friendly staff.
Ground floor room was adjacent to a smoking area which meant that the room reeked of smoke and weed if the window was open. Window was also fully frosted which made the room dark and claustrophobic.
