Staff position parking and being very pet friendly made this an excellent place to stay over to meet up with family.

Nothing not to like.

Breakfast was amazing! Plenty of choices and all hot food well prepared and really hot

Motorway adjacent so easy to find but you can hear the motorway. Friendly and helpful reception. Good lunch provided for conference attendees.

The bathroom needs a bit of cosmetic attention and soundproofing from the hallway could be better.

beds were comfy, room was clean and staff on reception v. helpful & friendly when i asked anything late checkout was accepted

staff member unsure of how to check us in/ seemed new and muddled in pool - couple were engaging in heavy petting - staff intervened after rather too long - i was SO looking forward to the pool and it was my main reason to choose this hotel (we know the area and were moving house) My daughter was with me (9) so needs appropriate family surroundings In pool I looked forward to jacuzzi but the very moment I got in (we'd been moving house all day), member of team decided to come and scrub sides of jacuzzi - quite weird and not very relaxing for me, seemed quite inappropriate as could have been done at a time when empty. Also worried me in terms of cleanlines and prximity of me to 'flying scrubbings' from pool tiles. In our room - wondow has foam filler around it/ next to my daughters bed - this was draughty and could hear traffic Room service - we were looking forward to a rare treat! unfortunately spoilt by: - salads made with lettuce that was going brown breakfast - I had to go to reception to answer a message about timings / Couldn't get through on internal or ext phone to say what time we wanted it so had to get up earlier than i wanted (really wanted a lie in) food quality: terrible sausages - deep fried? scrambled eggs were inedible ..so basically was charged 16 quid to eat cereal and toast with no butter shower - inadequate screening led to water everywhere in bathroom - quite dangerous for daughter had to run items back to car late in the evening didn't feel very safe some quite scarey folks hanging out at smoking points next to doors to car park

Located close to motorway. Car parking adequate. Clean comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff who were all very helpful. Bar and restaurant as expected of Holiday Inns. Good breakfast. Also able to get the type of pillow you require in lieu of standard. We asked for soft, and they were much more to what we have at home.

Did hear a bit of noisy cars visiting nearby garage during late evening and early morning. Not the hotels fault it's cars with noisy exhaust systems.

Hotel and room clean. Bed comfortable, Staff happy and helpful and breakfast excellent.
