It was bigger than I expected! And the restaurant underneath was probably one of the best meals we had in Italy.
The room was clean, comfortable bed, great A/C, big bathroom, and friendly, very responsive host.
We didn’t mind, but just know there’s a lot of stairs to the 3rd floor apartment.

The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast was served in the room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. I used it as dinner.
At Rome airport, taxis wanted to charge me 90 or 100 euros to take me there. The 35 euro rate mentioned by the hotel is difficult to find. Finally, I negotiated with a local taxi to take me for 45.
The house doesn't really have an airport shuttle. They give you a number/Whatsapp to call and that's a taxi or Uber for about 25 euros. That's not a regular shuttle. It's misleading to say they have a shuttle. And it's 25 cash only. If you are out of cash, you are in trouble, because it's out in the fields and there is no ATM, to my knowledge.
