Great location. The lady who greeted me was very welcoming and friendly. Newly refurbished bathroom which was lovely
Advertised as having free WiFi but couldn't figure out how to connect. Instructions in the room very obscure and did not match anything in the room, and there is no one around to ask. My phone signal was almost non existent in the room so it was a little frustrating.

The location was excellent...
Constant noisy pigeons at the window all day and night.. too many stairs for elderly people . No help with luggage. Reception up 2 flights of stairs and another 2 to the rooms then another 2 to more rooms.. not suitable for disabled person Breakfast was £19 per person far too expensive.
