Pleasant comfortable stay good bars and food near the hotel.

Didn’t have breakfast but it looked and smelt good . The room was nice and modern very clean the shower was very good .The area was quiet at night bed was big and comfortable had a good sleep.Location of the hotel was handy for shops bars and restaurants.

Couldn’t fault anything . Would definitely stay again .

Female on reception on arrival was really good hotel was clean comfy and shower was amazing

Male serving breakfast was not very polite. We waited 40 mins for a bacon roll and waffle with fruit. 2 tables came in after us and got served more complex food well in front of us. We weren’t even given an explanation

Great location, lovely hotel with great customer service

The hotel was in a really good location, parking was outside the hotel but you do need to pay for this. Not too expensive. Hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled lovely. The dining area was small but nicely decorated. All the staff were welcoming and friendly.

No lift lol but I knew this when booking. Stairs aren’t too bad 😊

Brilliant . Throughly enjoyed our stay . We had one small issue which was rectified immediately and efficiently.

There is no parking but that’s very clear on booking and unavoidable given the location . Parking in Oban is historically problematic .

The room was left clean, managed to park right outside the hotel in the street parking, very handy. The breakfast was lovely, staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Personally I didn't have an issue but the only negative thing I could say was there is no lift for the upper floors, could be an issue for some people.

Handy location, quiet hotel.

Last minute booking. Central location, breakfast included.

Parking difficult, we were fortunate to get the last available spot. As a tourist not used to the machines trying to navigate it in the dark. Perhaps it could be clearer on the description of parking that it is on street paid parking, with the hours as we arrived just before the free overnight parking started.

A Fab hotel in the centre of Oban. Do not overlook or ignore!

Hotel was centrally located. Very clean and compact room. The room was well appointed. As overnight travellers the hotel met our needs. Breakfast was fabulous. A lovely continental buffet plus and interesting breakfast menu too! The only drawback back is lack of parking. NOW, check and ensure that you’re looking for a property with overnight parking. This does not but it didn’t prevent us from staying. During busier times of year it might. Staff were superb!! Thanks!

The staff where great and the nice fella on reception when we arrived let us in a bit earlier as room was ready and it was raining outside. His breakfast skills the next day where excellent and food was amazing, cooking you your choice of food from menu as well as continental breakfast and lady front of house was so pleasant and helpful, top class food rather than that greasy fried buffet breakfast which seems to be the norm now. 😋👍👍👍.

The staff were welcoming and warm. Vivian and Linda were friendly, knowledgeable with the local area and helpful. They accommodated our every need. Cooked breakfast was amazing and prepared very well. We looked forward to coming down every morning!

The sofa bed was small and not very comfortable to sleep on. Also, it was too close to the bathroom door so we struggled to get in/out. The 3rd small bed was a bonus! The room felt a little small to move around in the space we had (sofa bed and small bed both pulled out). House keeping were accommodating and asked if we needed anything daily which was very nice.

- I was very glad to get a ground floor room as I have trouble with stairs. The room was modern and clean. - The lady in reception was very friendly.

- I didn't realise when I booked that it was all so tight and small. The shower was extremely small and didn't have much shower power so it was hard to feel clean after showering. - The double bed was quite narrow and the quilt was very warm. - there were very few breakfast choices. - no hotel parking, we were however lucky to find a parking nearby. - the handle on the entrance door was broken and that does not make for a good first impression.

Tiny but stylish hotel near to harbour promenade

The location was good. Just a short walk away from the harbour promenade. Narrow steps up to the room. Small but stylish room. Very clean. Tiny breakfast room opposite the reception. Nice breakfast. Parking was easy to find on the street (for free until 9am). Friendly staff.

The room (on the third or fourth floor?) was extremely warm. We couldn't figure out were the heat came from. The Air Conditioning didn't work. The problem must have existed for some time because the room was equipped with a big portable fan (which helped a bit).
