Location is super close to the St. Peter's Basilica entrance. Reception staff, Mikael is so nice, clearly explains things and granted our request with no issue or delay. Lots of complimentary food and drinks.
Everything is good, just hoping that the shower in our room has floor barrier for the water to be contained in the shower area.

Great location, loved the Reception team who have excellent personal service.
Shower tight space but manageable for anyone smaller than size 12😁 Entrance needs to be updated on google maps as was bit hard to find.

The staff are amazing. The location is the best possible for visiting the Vatican.
The rooms are super tiny. Shower and bathroom super tiny.

The main advantages are the excellent location (about 2 minutes from the Vatican) and the friendly staff. The breakfast was decent but nothing special.
The room was very small and quite basic. The shower cabin was cheap, cramped, and uncomfortable — not suitable for larger people. The room felt more like an austere monk’s cell. Sound insulation was poor; I could clearly hear vacuum cleaning in the neighboring room around 10 p.m.
