Very close to St. Peter square. Staff super nice the only issue was the shower had a lot of mold and the whole room had a very bad smell. We told the staff and they moved us to a different and more clean room.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The annex suite was such a unique room, and the location was absolutely perfect for our Jubilee visit. Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Ciro was very responsive from the moment I booked, and Luca was equally attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived. He assisted us to our room and even shared some of the historical background of the place along the way. Throughout our stay, Luca responded promptly to any inquiries we had, which made everything so easy and enjoyable.
I truly felt at home during the 10 days we stayed. The cleaning staff were also fantastic — especially Russell, who was always so friendly and accommodating.
We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Rome, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Perfect sport near the Vatican. Quiet and short walk from public transport. Or for a scooter, there was always a few on the street nearby.
