The proximity to a lot of cool bars and restaurants. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very well balanced. Air-conditioning worked very well. Clean property, easy to navigate. The property manager held our luggage when we first got there early in the morning and also kept our luggage after we checked out as our flight did not depart until later that afternoon. The high-tech touchpad system was very convenient and unique.

It's a intimate boutique hotel in the middle of borgo pio, the garden is a beautiful spot to unwind from the busy city. The food is also good, with a selection of traditional dishes and seasonal specialties. The staff working is lovely, polite and ready to help with any questions, arranging a taxi, or tips for roaming the city. Booked a room with small balcony, very nice design and clean..
I will be returning to this hotel for sure!

Staff was not accommodating to afternoon clean up time, no coffee in rooms, temperature control couldn’t maintain AC cooling.
