Excellent location on side street close to Vatican. In-house breakfast and restaurant. Room small but well appointed. Bathroom/shower small but clean and luxurious.
With open windows the noise from restaurant directly below was evident. But with windows closed and air conditioning room was perfectly quiet. Stairway was confusing but interesting.

Location. Free pick up from airport offered by Booking.com.
Staff was not accommodating to afternoon clean up time, no coffee in rooms, temperature control couldn’t maintain AC cooling.
