Very friendly and helpful reception, quick to react to any problems and inquiries. The room has everything your need. It was clean, comfortable. Good quality capsule coffee in the room, little but spacious fridge. Location was perfect: very close distance to Vatican, great pasta and pizza places, a good supermarket to buy food nearby. The neighborhood felt safe. 10-15 minutes walk to Metro station Ottoviano.
