What an amazing location. Very safe and quiet at night. Bustling in the day time with so many shops and restaurants. Loved the proximity to the Vatican most of all. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t experience any of the problems that others have mentioned. The noise from the street was not bad at all. To be expected in such a central location. We didn’t have any bed bugs at all. We loved the communal kitchen and fridge it was so great to have this. We had a nice velvet bed head and could not hear the people in the next room at all. Our shower was hot just have to wait a minute for the hot water to come in. Beds were made and bins emptied daily. We also made use of the patio area to hang out some of our washing. I thought it was an asset to have this patio mainly for smokers. Sadly it doesn’t look at all like the pics which was a shame. No shade sails or relaxing sun beds out there at all. Despite this I would recommend as it was a great experience for us overall.

Pics don’t match the real thing. I was really looking forward to the patio I saw in the pics. They should remove those that don’t reflect reality. I have included updated pictures. Check in was tricky as I didn’t receive any instructions. Just have to call the guy when you get there. However when I called he was wonderful, so very helpful and let us in our room half an hour early.

Wifi didn’t work at all , I messaged them and they said it was strange , but done nothing , no wi if for 4 days , no effort to resolve the issue , it’s not made clear that the kitchen is a communal kitchen and there is no views of the vaticans roof from the property
