We had a very pleasant stay at Whim Collection. The location near the Vatican was extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which we greatly appreciated as it was extremely hot outside during our stay. We were very happy with our experience.

The room was clean and beautiful. The location is excellent, since the neighbourhood has everything and super close to the city center.
There is no staff in the place, so you can not have any assistance. For instance, our last night we didn't have the coffee refilled and no one assisted us, even when I contacted via WhatsApp (also to note that the savoury snack never was supplied). Also the door is a bit difficult to open, the should fix this.
