Hotel clean, staff friendly, continental breakfast good although I am celiac so I was limited to what I could eat, but I was able to get some gluten free rolls
The main disappointment was no hot water for the first 3 days of my 4 day stay despite complaining twice a day am and evening after checking water
It was resolved on the 4 day
although I did not hear anyone else complaining

A nice hotel if you just want a room to sleep in to explore the historic city.
It has seen it's best days but nothing to worry about.
Walking distance to the Vatican and Rome city center and only 5-7min walk to subway.
Also good Italian restaurants close by.
The breakfast is nothing to write home about.
Helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel is currently under refurbishment and so for now is a bit shabby. However the staff was extremely helpful, the continental breakfast was good and the rooms clean. The location is good as very close to Vatican. Recommended for an economical stay.

Fantastic location. Used facilities and room furniture. Clogged sink. "Not complicated" breakfast - you can get what you need to get the energy for long walks. Willing personnel. Summary: exaggerated with the stars :D but for a short stay sufficient.
