It is very nicely decorated, functional, and comfortable.

Every thing was excellent.

Large room and enormous bathroom with huge jacuzzi bath and large separate shower. Nice to have toiletries provided too, along with the mini fridge (2 small bottles of water included), coffee machine and kettle. Dining table large enough for 4 (if we'd actually eaten at it!) became a handy extra storage space. Bed was very comfortable and whole apartment very light. Lovely area of the city with a street full of great restaurants and cafes nearby. And an easy walk to the metro station.

We had issues on arrival accessing our part of the building due to a complex lock (it had been double locked from the inside, so our code didn't work) and then, when we obtained a physical key, the lock was very old and wobbly. Really recommend this is replaced by the owner. Finally, the aircon was a help in the high temperatures but not great. A small, wall-mounted unit positioned away from the bed wasn't very effective so we were hot. Appreciate they're expensive and time-consuming to instal, so a desk or pedestal fan would help guests who are there over the summer if that's not possible. Sunday morning was NOISY with bin men collecting a lot of glass recycling close by before 7am. We had an early start anyway so it didn't matter too much to us but would do to most people.

It was really easy to contact the staff and everything went smoothly.

Climbed a few stairs with 50lbs luggage but it wasn’t too bad.

They did not provide breakfast. The location was great.

We couldn't find the place and the person was not available until hours later to help us find it. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with 4 suit cases to reach our room that we had much trouble getting into.
