Great location, close to the Vatican and lots of restaurants around!
The bathroom was a bit random, with the set up, however no issues. It would be better to have a bit more of a set up for tea and coffee.

Location was excellent, close to Vatican and felt very safe. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by, and it is walkable to the other sites of Rome. Facilities were good, Aline was very friendly and had great communication during our stay. Would return!

The location was excellent. We could easily walk to the Vatican which is where we wanted to go.
There was no elevator and it was hard to move our luggage. There was hardly any staff except for a cleaning person early in the morning and she did not speak English.

Clean towels, clean bathroom and linens
Water spills everywhere in the bathroom, insufficient water pressure coming out of overhead shower head, very uncomfortable mattresses, dog barking at night, no elevators, lots of noises late night from neighbours. Complicated self-serve check-in process.
