room must be deeply cleaned communication for having a door code for entering my car at 22Pm i must walk in a cold weather to reception in order to get the code, they can send it before my arrival by sms or mail.

Inexpensive. Free parking very close to our room. Clean.

Very cramped room. Very little space around the bed. Cramped shower and toilet compartment squeezed into an already compact room. Single bed above the double bed.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Basic comfort but good bed (important). Parking with locked gate.

Unexpected: Loud train whistles from 6:50 am on every 10-15 minutes. Also next to main super highway. Breakfast plentiful but mediocre. Instant coffee only.

No restaurant and my son forgot his AirPods in his room and when we messaged the hotel Half an hour after Leaving they said that they hadn’t found them,

It was dirtiest room I have ever been

It was very dirty. The room hasn’t been cleaned properly maybe for months. Inside the room I killed over 15 insects (big and small). The bed was full of black disgusting insects which we walking on it….. haven’t slept all night. The location is next to the high road.. which means be prepared for full noise all night as huge tracks drive by… I would not recommend this not even for one night.

Worst hôtel ever

Nothing that I like about that hotel

the front door was repaired several times and not windproof, as soon as we entered a hellish smell, and finally a hole in the wall (repair of the plumbing or I don't know what) big enough for a dog to be able to go through it (imagine a rat) .. I asked for a refund so I could go look elsewhere, and the lady said "not possible, you have paid now"

Awful. Dirty, poor repair, tiny. Avoid at all costs.

Room was tiny, had to walk over the bed to get to the other side! Very poor state of repair, cigarette burns on every surface, hole in toilet door (looked like someone had punched it!), main room door did not close properly, sheets were ripped, beds uncomfortable and the freight trains, of which there are many, start at 5am and the line is 50m from the hotel - don't expect to get any sleep. In summary, awful and they should have paid us to stay there !!

2 nuit deux chambré différente ( 1ere nuit cote route trop de bruit pas d insonorisation , porte qui plaque pas, vmc bruillante ) 2 eme nuit cote chemin de fer idem impossible de dormir 1 train toute les 20 min avec klaxon avant de passer le tunel , drap sale , équipement vetuste l air passe sous la porte pas d isolation pas d insonorisation, Petit déjeuner bas de game café imbuvable , pas de cereal pas de lait pas de salé , que du pain et du cake et du beurre / pate a tartiné premier prix

Hôtel à éviter l'hiver !

Chauffage pratiquement inexistant avec température extérieure entre -4 et-7 ! Réglage à fond pour obtenir une climatisation réversible à peine tiède et le radiateur dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas ! Nous avons dormi avec nos vêtements sous une couverture légère et un dessus de lit guère plus efficace ! Il serait préférable d'appliquer un tarif un peu plus élevé afin de pouvoir chauffer raisonnablement !

Très convenable pour un séjour de courte durée.

Personnel très agréable et très serviable. Linge de lit et linge de bain très propres. Toilettes et douche très propres également. Température et débit d’eau de la douche très convenable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de l’autoroute et à quelques minutes en voiture de St Étienne. Parking gratuit. Température de la chambre très bien adaptée à la saison. Possibilité de regarder la télévision sans supplément. Je n’avais pas mon chien avec moi mais j’ai vu que les animaux étaient acceptés donc c’est un très bon point également. Rapport qualité/prix assez convenable.

La chambre est assez vétuste. Le matelas est plutôt dur et les oreillers quant à eux sont trop mous. La barre de douche était cassée. Il manque une brosse pour les toilettes. Ma chambre se situait côté route donc assez bruyant, ce n’est pas très bien insonorisé. (mais une fois que l’on est endormi si l’on n’a pas le sommeil léger c’est très acceptable) Places de parking trop étroites.
