Room facing tram track very noisy outside at 6am woken up by council cleaners with loud blowers. Arrived for breakfast at 9 am, many buffet breakfast choices already empty (no more croissants or pain au chocalat), and no one was checking or replenishing

A REAL GEM FOR A STOP OVER DUE TO THE STAFF AND FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT IN THE EVENING.

GOOD LOCATION FOR A STOP OVER BEING CLOSE TO THE AUTOROUTE, AS LONG AS YOU LOOK OUT FOR THE SIGN TO CROSS THE TRAM LINES WHEN ARRIVING! OK ROOM FOR SHORT STAY. PARKING OUTSIDE VERY CONVENIENT. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF WITH VERY GOOD MENU AND FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT FOR EVENING MEAL.

BREAKFAST A BIT DISAPPOINTING WHICH WAS A PITY, AS THE MEAL IN THE RESTAURANT THE NIGHT BEFORE WAS EXCELLENT.

Nudge the receptionist was superb!

The general manager Nudge from Algeria was a fantastic host!

No amenities close by. But the tram was superb and right outside the hotel.

No hairdryer in room. The receptionist tried to find me one but couldn’t till next day so my departure was delayed by taking shower in morning rather than night before.

Le personnel très accueillant et gentil

Hôtel satisfaisant mais je ne sais vraiment pas où sont les trois étoiles. A plus de 100e la nuit franchement la qualité n'y est pas. Odeur persistante et pas agréable dans la chambre, le pommeau de douche était cassé et faisait un bruit de l'enfer sans parler des toilettes collées a la douche donc impossible a utiliser dans la bonne position il fallait s'asseoir en diagonal pour être à l'aise. Je me suis beaucoup gratté la nuit sans savoir pourquoi (les draps ? La lessive ? Le gel douche ?). Dans les équipements sur le site ils disaient "réfrigérateur" qu'on avait pas, et le wifi était public (ce qui n'est pas forcément sécurisé....). J'avais choisi cet hôtel spécifiquement pour son SPA, et surprise en arrivant, on me dit qu'il est hors service et le sera encore pendant deux semaines...j'aurais bien aimé que ce soit inscrit sur le site de réservation. Bref franchement en général c'est largement suffisant pour une nuit mais ça ne vaut pas le prix. C'est assez bien isolé mais on entend quand même les trains (gare a côté). Ce n'était pas gênant.
