Great room, perfectly styled, comfortable. Good access to places. Enough variety breakfast

Entrance to hotel parking needs to be fixed, not good for low cars. It needs to be communicated before that you cannot access your car after you park underground, needs to have an entrance for walkers to walk in when needed. Could not speak English at reception, which, as a Ibis Hotel should be a must

Overall, we were happy with the hotel. Location good. Room comfortable and very clean.

The location was excellent for attending the rugby world cup matches. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The meal when we arrived was not so good. You need to cater more for vegetations.

It's an Ibis. Perfectly acceptable for an overnight stop or a couple of days to explore the area

Easy to find just off the A72. Secure parking if you want it but free outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was self service but perfectly fine to start the day. Wifi was available in the bar and the room.

Looks overall a little bit tired but basically clean and comfortable. Took three attempts to find an available twin room but the young lady at reception was very apologetic and helpful. Restaurant closed on Sunday evening but can provide hot meals from what they stock in the freezer. Car park a little bit tricky to get into if you don't spot the access road on the left just before the traffic light.

In the booking ad they say... AIRCO, but they dont have that. The kitchen was very bad... every night i sended the food 2x back toy the kitchen

Staff were friendly, car park was located close to the premises. I was able to request an Iron and staff were able to bring it up to my room, wake up calls were set up for me, bed was comfortable

Breakfast was not appealing but it was a french breakfast I suppose. One matter that was annoying was how tight or small the room was, no safe in the room to keep my important travel docs, far my room was from the elevator, no iron in the room.

Fabulous

Modern hotel with good facilities. Room comfortable and clean, also quiet bearing in mind built over an underpass. Good restaurant for evening meal. Located 5 min from tram stop and probably 20 min tram ride drops in town. The stop before Centre Ville is great for restaurants and bars.

The selection at breakfast was poor, whether this had been snapped up by commuters or standard I couldn't say. Either way we passed on it and checked out.

A l'arrivée dans la chambre, propreté qui laisse à désirer : présence de poils sur les draps, un rasoir laissé a l'abandon dans la douche et un vieux peigne sous le bureau, lampes cassées.. Dommage le personnel est sympa Mais ce n'est pas un hôtel 3 étoiles pour moi..

La restauration et le petit déjeuner très appréciés. Le décor de la salle original, le personnel très sympathique, réactif et de bon conseil. Parking privé (payant) gardé.

L'exiguïté de la chambre et de la salle de bain. les distributeurs de savon de la salle de bain difficilement accessible sans se contorsionner, si vous êtes petits et manquez de souplesse, faite l'impasse. Sortir du parking avec les bagages très laborieux (pas d'ascenseur). L'accès au garage payant très compliqué.

La chambre en elle même était propre bien aménagée

Nous avons eu la seule chambre au dernier étage située à côté du local technique ascenseur. Bruits ininterrompus de la motorisation ascenseur. De plus dîner pris sur place au restaurant de l hôtel. Pleins de suggestions à la carte n étaient pas disponibles. Éléments servis périmés infectes et même malade pendant la nuit. Honteux !
