Entrance to hotel parking needs to be fixed, not good for low cars. It needs to be communicated before that you cannot access your car after you park underground, needs to have an entrance for walkers to walk in when needed. Could not speak English at reception, which, as a Ibis Hotel should be a must

Overall, we were happy with the hotel. Location good. Room comfortable and very clean.

The location was excellent for attending the rugby world cup matches. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The meal when we arrived was not so good. You need to cater more for vegetations.

Price had been increased due to the world cup!!

It's an Ibis. Perfectly acceptable for an overnight stop or a couple of days to explore the area

Easy to find just off the A72. Secure parking if you want it but free outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was self service but perfectly fine to start the day. Wifi was available in the bar and the room.

Looks overall a little bit tired but basically clean and comfortable. Took three attempts to find an available twin room but the young lady at reception was very apologetic and helpful. Restaurant closed on Sunday evening but can provide hot meals from what they stock in the freezer. Car park a little bit tricky to get into if you don't spot the access road on the left just before the traffic light.

In the booking ad they say... AIRCO, but they dont have that. The kitchen was very bad... every night i sended the food 2x back toy the kitchen

Staff were friendly, car park was located close to the premises. I was able to request an Iron and staff were able to bring it up to my room, wake up calls were set up for me, bed was comfortable

Breakfast was not appealing but it was a french breakfast I suppose. One matter that was annoying was how tight or small the room was, no safe in the room to keep my important travel docs, far my room was from the elevator, no iron in the room.

Fabulous

Modern hotel with good facilities. Room comfortable and clean, also quiet bearing in mind built over an underpass. Good restaurant for evening meal. Located 5 min from tram stop and probably 20 min tram ride drops in town. The stop before Centre Ville is great for restaurants and bars.

The selection at breakfast was poor, whether this had been snapped up by commuters or standard I couldn't say. Either way we passed on it and checked out.

Loin d'être à la hauteur d'autres établissements Ibis...

J'ai eu très froid, que ce soit le soir ou le matin dans le restaurant comme la nuit dans la chambre. Une partie du personnel évoque un soucis de chauffage, l'autre évoque un choix de la direction... Tout le personnel s'est montré présent et attentionné, mais il suffit d'observer quelques échanges entre eux pour confirmer un certain malaise qui se fait sentir du service du check-in au check-out. L'établissement est situé dans une zone peu accueillante. Le parking gratuit est petit et vite saturé, ce qui oblige à utiliser le parking payant. Bref, pour mon prochain séjour j'irai ailleurs, surtout à ce prix.
